Geniet van uw ontspannen vakantie in de bergen in ons prachtige huis in de bergen in Florissant, CO 🌄 - perfect voor een stel op zoek naar een gezellig romantisch uitje ❤️❤️❤️ of bijeenkomsten van 8-10 vrienden en familie! Dit afgelegen huis ligt genesteld in de zijkant van een heuvel op 3 hectare grond, omgeven door espen en pijnbomen, met uitzicht op de vallei Florissant Heights in de buurt van Crystal Peak Mountain en met uitzicht op Pikes Peak! De enorme muur van 10 ramen leidt naar een 28 'lang panoramisch uitzicht op de natuur rondom het huis. Het met hout beklede gewelfde plafond in de woonkamer biedt een grote open ruimte om te ontspannen. Hoewel je ze niet kunt zien, wonen fulltime buren net op de weg en zijn parttime buren uit het zicht aan de overkant van de weg. Er is een bubbelbad dat 6-8 past op de 1300 vierkante meter dek wikkelen rond 3 zijden van het huis. Een grill om te barbecueën en te zitten rondom zorgen voor entertainment en plezier buitenshuis op een mooie zomeravond. 1100 sqft van patio is perfect voor gazonspellen zoals gigantische jenga, gigantische connect-4, zitzakworp (cornhole) en meer! Er is zelfs een bandenschommel en een hangmat voor ontspanning! Binnenin vind je de grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op de woonkamer en een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen als je je ogen 's ochtends opent. ☀️Er is een houtgestookte open haard om het gezellig te hebben op koude winteravonden ❄️⛄️ en we hebben een tv met schotel satelliet-dekking, een 💿 dvd-speler en videorecorder voor het bekijken van een grote selectie films, en zelfs een originele NES 🎮 !!
Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar dekking voor mobiele telefoons, is dit de plek omdat we dekking krijgen bij de meeste mobiele telefoonaanbieders (Verizon werkt het beste, AT&T niet zozeer). De volledig gevulde keuken is groot genoeg om samen maaltijden te bereiden en de speciale eetkamer biedt zitplaatsen voor iedereen om samen te zitten en te genieten van de huisgemaakte maaltijd. Bovendien hebben we bordspellen ♟🎲 en een paar boeken 📕📗📘, evenals een pooltafel 🎱 in de kelder voor meer entertainment binnenshuis. U bent slechts ongeveer 25 mijl verwijderd van Woodland Park en ongeveer 15 minuten verwijderd van boodschappen🍎🥑🌽🍅🥕🥚🥓🥞🥩, slijterij🍺, dineren, enz. Er zijn tal van wandelpaden, staatsparken en het Wolf Sanctuary ('de wolf ontmoeting is een ervaring waar je jaren over zult praten🐺) allemaal in de buurt. Cripple Creek is niet ver voor casino gokken en je bent ongeveer 90 minuten van Breckenridge om te skiën. 11 mijl reservoir ligt op slechts ongeveer 30 minuten afstand om te vissen en varen. En er is zelfs de Noordpool🎅, Pikes Peak, raften, ATV-verhuur, paardrijden🐎, fossiele bedden, een dinosaurusmuseum, geweldige lokale brouwerijen🍺, meerdere golfbanen⛳️, zip-line cursussen, Cave of the Winds, Garden van de goden en nog veel meer, allemaal op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Of blijf in de cabine voor wat afzondering en een goede, ouderwetse familietijd! (Als u wilt dat ik internet voor uw verblijf uitschakel, zal ik 😉 haha 😀) Dit is de perfecte plek om te genieten van een ontspannen tijd in de bergen van Colorado! 🌄🌄🌄

This house was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of space for all. Nice to have everything you need for small children. Hot tub and fire pit were big hits for all of us. Any question or concern we had was quickly taken care of. The views from the deck were amazing!

Our stay in this home was great. The directions given were extremely helpful and any questions or calls were answered quickly. Home was clean except one of the comforters in the bunk bed room smelled strongly of urine. If I had to guess a previous guest had an accident and the sheets got washed but not the comforter. Home could use some new furniture couches pretty worn out mmm

Nice, Roomy Home With Beautiful View!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The view was amazing, and the house was filled with games, a pool table, a corn hole set, etc. which were a lot of fun to use. The place could use a little TLC to remove broken lawn furniture, extra countertop appliances (like 4 coffee makers—some probably not functional), games with missing pieces, a wine glass that somebody melted and left in the cabinet, worn out couches, and mini blinds that had to be manually tilted open. There was also a sign on the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom stating that it should not be used. That didn’t matter to us because we didn’t want to use it anyway, but if it needs to be repaired, that should be done or it should be removed from the advertisement. Also, one of the bedrooms had boards laying against one of the walls, and a highchair halfway in a closet and halfway in the room. It just didn’t look as nice as the rest of the house.We definitely would recommend the property if you’re looking for something away from a lot of people and you don’t mind driving on roads that are a little rough. It just might be a good idea for the owner to do an inventory and clean out some things that should be thrown out or replaced.

Great stay in Florissant!

Our 3 families had a great time here and really enjoyed the peaceful location. We spent a ton of time at the firepit and on the patio. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved being a short drive away from a ton of activities.Our kids all had a blast playing pool, Cornhole, and running around the property. Definitely recommend and would return here on a future vacation!

Perfect place for a family celebration. Celebrated our daughter‘s 25th birthday. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi with Mountain View’s. The views are so much better than the online photos! It is a drive away from local groceries, etc. so make sure you have everything you need on the way in.

Spring Break with Elderly Parents

Over all the stay was worth it, the views were amazing, the place was warm and the fire stove and pool table were nice. I did not use the hot tub because there were so many other things to do. They have a gas fireplace which we were allowed to use, however we chose not to as to not to risk any unintentional fires due to a red flag fire ban for most of our week stay. A few things our host should improve on; maintenance and modifying the description as it is a little misleading. There was a decent amount of dust on the furniture and floors and there were also some cob webs throughout the living spaces. The humidifiers needed to be cleaned prior to first use. All the bathrooms did not have soap and shampoo as described. I knew the master bedroom was loft style, however a wall or door should separate the master bathroom from the bedroom. The lack of a wall resulted in the master bathroom being useless when other people were home, unless you didn't mind the noises or smells.There were a few things that were broken, these items should be removed or replaced, the outdoor tower heater along with some seating was found under the deck damaged. The rail for the master bed and a sofa was also broken. The fire extinguisher was empty and there was a 12" x 24" patch of sheetrock missing in the laundry room. I have some before and after images of the spaces or items I cleaned. Hopefully the host takes this constructively and not defensively as previous reviews have shown.

Large, spacious, clean with plenty of activities for every age group . We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, corn hole, and s’mores over the gas fire pit to name a few. The biggest attraction is the large number of mule deer that roam the property and adjacent properties all hours of the day

The views were great and the space was a good size for our group to play games. However, there werent any cleaning supplies we could easily find, and a lot of the dishes had food stuck to them or smudges/grime. There also arent many baking dishes if you plan on baking a lot. My biggest complaint was the bed in the basement wasnt supported by an actual bed frame but by little 2 by 4s just shoved under it that would fall out if you put too much weight in any one spot. The views and the hot tub were the main reason we hooked, and in that aspect this place definitely didnt dissapoint

Great place, clean and great communication. We did think there were more sleeping areas than we thought. The basement has a queen bedroom and a twin sofa chair. Main floor had bunk room and a queen bedroom and upstairs loft has a king bed. Great, we just thought there were four bedrooms plus a queen bed and full sofa in the basement, and there is not.

First trip to Colorado

This was our first time in Colorado and our first time booking a cabin with Vrbo. We had the BEST time at this cabin. Unfortunately, I had altitude sickness on the second day so we didn’t do all we had planned and just stayed at the cabin. That was not a problem for my family, they had a really good time just hanging out. There was plenty for everyone to do. My teen boys played pool in the game room while my husband was in the hot tub and my 4 year old granddaughter played board games and legos with her Auntie. So much fun we didn’t want to leave. Let’s not forget how beautiful it was there. The cabin was gorgeous and plenty of space for all seven of us and the views from the cabin were amazing. I just can’t say enough about our stay. We can’t wait to come back again. One thing I would recommend to the host is labels please lol I couldn’t tell what switch went to what light or fan. Putting a small label underneath the switches would make things easier and the same goes for all the remotes. It took us a while to figure out the TV but the issue was the remote to the TV was lost. There were 4 remotes by the TV but none of them worked. Later we realized neither were for the TV so we started searching for it and found it in the crack of the couch. My husband was not going to miss Thanksgiving football lol. Overall there were plenty of little signs and notes everywhere that were very helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay!
