Entering the house, you will discover a clean and spa-like atmosphere with every amenity you may need during your stay. Our property offers an inviting living room with a 4K smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bathroom, two private bedrooms with King-size beds and a queen size pullout couch. For your little ones, we have a highchair and Pack-n-Play available for use.

🏖️ Private Heated Indoor Pool
With over 300 days of sunshine, enjoy our 35 ft heated pool, in a tropical pool house open all year round! The pool house offers WiFi, a 4K Smart TV, pool toys, lounge chairs, a shallow end for little ones and a 6.5 ft deep end for the adults!
**Please note**, the pool is a shared space with the owners on the property so time must be reserved ahead of time on our shared calendar.

🌳 Outdoor Space
Step out onto a 75 ft wraparound deck and enjoy stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. On a cool Colorado evening, cozy up next to the private outdoor fire pit or share a meal with your loved ones!

Guest access
You will access the guest house through the back alley on the property where you will have 2 free designated parking spaces and a private entrance. During your stay, you will have full access to the guest house and all of its amenities. The pool house is a shared space on the property but you can reserve private time prior to your stay!

Security
Please note, we have a doorbell security camera at the front entrance for peace of mind. It monitors the entrance so packages aren't stolen and parties do not take place!
We also have a camera in the pool house for liability reasons.

Nice host. Unit is nicely decorated and clean. Parking situation isn’t the greatest because you have to walk around a short concrete wall then walk all the way under the stairs, then all the way up the stairs. Unit is situated off of an alley so not sure you can DoorDash anything there. Pool was nice.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. Our 4 kids aged 12-18, thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities. There was plenty of room even for our large family. The weather was unseasonably warm for December and we were able to enjoy the firepit and hammock area.

Really Nice!!

Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in.

Old lady get away

A group of 5 lady’s in their 50’s decided to go to the renaissance festival, a few of us have never been. We decided to come the night before and found this amazing retreat!!! With a pool!! First thing we did upon arrival was blow up our floaties and hop in the pool. Ahhhhhhh… next thing you know it’s 730 so we cooked dinner in an amazing kitchen!!! Hit the hammocks and fire pit afterward. The bedding and amenities are top notch!!!!!! Restful night!! I will be back with more girls just to experience this delightful, hidden, gem. Owners were amazing and courteous with responses. Experience this property!!

Nice apartment with great outdoor area

My family really enjoyed staying here during our trip. The place was clean and the hosts were really responsive. Pool area was easy to reserve and there was a nice outdoor area. Would stay again when we are in the springs.

Amazing Place

This place was amazing! When we first entered the home it was very clean and the decor was beautiful. The two rooms had king size beds with memory foam mattresses which were super comfortable. The rooms themselves were also very spacious. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking and if you forget seasoning, they have that too! The indoor pool was fantastic. You do have to reserve the time you want to use it, but was never a problem. We went during the summer so it did get very hot inside. However, the owner said we could open the sliding doors to help cool down the inside which was nice. The owners were very nice and made sure everything was going good. They would send messages to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything. If we needed something, they replied very quickly to those request. The location was perfect as well. It is only 6 minutes away from downtown where there are a lot of restaurants, cocktail bars, and shopping. It was less than 20 mins away from Manitou Springs. We go to Colorado every year, and glad we found this gem. We will certainly be booking again next year.

It’s not too good to be true!

What an incredible property! The living space was so cozy and inviting, just like the pictures promised. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Each room had a ridiculously comfortable king mattress along with ample closet space. No central air or heat, but each bedroom and the living space had its own in-wall heating and a modern window AC unit, keeping us comfortable no matter the crazy given this crazy spring CO weather. But let me tell you about the highlight of our stay - that amazing indoor heated pool! My kids, aged 3, 6, and 11, couldn't get enough of it. According to my eldest, the temperature was just perfect at 88 degrees. They provide floats, pool toys, towels (but feel free to bring your own) and they have a Bluetooth speaker setup inside the pool house. Don’t forget the added convenience of having space for two vehicles to park in the back was perfect and kept us off the street. This is a second-story unit and includes a charming wrap-around patio with views and seating for two. This is a must book. We will be back. ❤️

Loved our stay here! With 2 teens, the pool (which was fantastic—it was like a sauna spa at the end of our busy days) was wonderful. I really appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts—5 stars!
