All Together Home
This was the perfect place for my parents, brother and his wife and three kids (7, 5, 1), and my other brother his wife and two kids (5, 2) and dog.
There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own rooms to chill out, but also plenty of places to gather together in the kitchen, dining room, and multiple living spaces. The 4 bathrooms were also great for all of us.
It was close to our extended family in Monument, lots of food options and different places to walk and play for the kids. I loved walking to the crushed limestone trail in the morning and taking a long walk before the heat of the day kicked in. The views on that trail can't be beat.
The house had recently been redone and everything was beautiful and clean. Because it had recently been redone, there were a few things amiss like the ice maker hadn't started and a towel bar needed to be tightened down.
Heather - the host - responded quickly and made sure things were addressed and taken care of. She's great and and great to work with.
The wifi was strong. My nieces and nephews could easily access the streaming services on the TVs for their morning cartoons. There was also a great little carpeted room under the stairs that my nieces and nephews loved playing in. The swing set in the backyard was popular too. They aren't quite tall enough to play with the foosball table and pingpong table, but that would be great for older kids and adults. The hot tub was a nice place to relax at the end of the day too.
