De rode schuur-boeking zomer 2020. Perfecte locatie. 5 sterren luxe

Geniet van een toevluchtsoord in de natuur in onze particuliere en beheerde schuur met 2 slaapkamers. Plan een romantisch uitje of een huwelijksreis, een avontuur voor koppels met vrienden of een gezinsuitje naar Glacier National Park.
Onze 2e verdieping loft beschikt over uitzonderlijk hoge normen voor gemak, waaronder luxe Egyptische katoenen lakens, spa badjassen, een bubbelbad jacuzzi en traagschuim, pillowtop-matrassen. Meubels zijn stijlvol en toch comfortabel. Hardhouten vloeren, witte marmeren tegels, aanrechtbladen van slagersblokken en zichtbare balken creëren een warme sfeer, terwijl de ruimte een lichte en luchtige sfeer behoudt met veel natuurlijk licht dat door grote ramen naar binnen stroomt.
De open plattegrond zorgt voor een prachtig uitzicht op adembenemende bergen, de omliggende landbouwgrond en een nabijgelegen waterreservaat. De twee hectare grote woning is gelegen op de hoek naast een 800 hectare grote, vierde generatie familieboerderij. De rode schuur grenst aan ons huis en ligt aan een rustige landweg. Vanaf het grote privéterras kunt u genieten van uitstekende dieren in het wild en vogels, waaronder grote kuddes whitetail en muilezelherten die grazen, wilde kalkoenen, ganzen en zangvogels. Zwanen en zeearenden komen ook vaak in het gebied voor. De boerderij is ook de thuisbasis van een occasionele eland, eland, beer, vos, coyote en bergleeuw. Het dek is ook het beste uitzicht op de prachtige bergwaterval naast het uitzicht op de hele Swan Mountain Range en de Badrock Canyon die leidt naar Glacier National Park.
Hoewel weggestopt naast de boerderij aan de voet van de berg, heeft onze locatie gemakkelijke, gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat de Flathead Valley te bieden heeft. Reistijden naar lokale hotspots maken dit de perfecte accommodatieoptie:

• 15 minuten naar Glacier National Park
• 20 minuten naar de badplaats Whitefish

The Barn is geschikt voor 4 personen in twee slaapkamers (1 kingsize bed, 1 queensize bed) en is voorbereid met alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten. Na een dag wandelen en avontuur opruimen met een grote wasmachine en droger, luxe beddengoed en een extra grote regendouchekop. Wonderful stay on a beautiful farm!

We had a terrific stay at Alyson's place in Columbia Falls - it was our first visit to Montana, and we fell in love! The location is great for exploring the west side of Glacier - we spent every day in the park, and it was super easy to get to (even early in the morning). Alyson and her family were gracious hosts, and the place was perfectly appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As close to perfect as it gets

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one surpasses them all! The location is absolutely stunning and can't be beat. The views were dreamy and being away from everyone and everything was amazing. Inside the loft or out on the deck, you feel like you're at home. Everything is tastefully decorated in a way that celebrates the area but isn't overdone. The beds are comfortable and pretty much every detail is anticipated. The kitchen is so well stocked which is very appreciated as we prefer to eat most of our meals "in". There are beautiful books about Montana and Glacier NP and we made good use of the guide books to hiking and area activities. A generous basket of kiss's toys kept our little one happy! Alyson was a wonderful hostess. Very communicative when we needed her, and she and her family were friendly with us and our daughter. We enjoyed some fresh eggs and homemade jam from their farm! The only issue we had was a struggle getting the door open on arrival because it needs some jiggling for the lock to latch/unlatch - a warning about that would have been nice but thankfully Alyson was right there to help! We were sad to leave and can't wait to return. When we do, we know exactly where we will stay.

Perfect View

We chose this rental for the view. It was fantastic. The mountains were beautiful, changing throughout the day, every day. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were so many little touches that made our stay a pleasure. It was very quiet despite the close proximity to the owners home. We had fun watching the deer quickly cut through the property like they owned the place. There was a handsome horse next door. Our only regret is we didn’t have a chance to meet Charlie, who seemed like a wonderful dog.

PURE PERFECTION!

Our stay at the Red Barn in August 2023 was nothing short of perfection! From the decor, to the amenities, to the view (we loved the view) and the animals, it was amazing! We stayed for a week and there was nothing better to come back to after a long day of hiking and exploring than the beautiful mountains, the chickens, the horses, the deer, and the absolute serenity. We couldn't wait to get back to the barn and sit out on the deck each night. No need to watch TV, in fact, we never turned it on. You will NOT be disappointed with the Red Barn!!

Loved The Red Barn

My family and I had an amazing stay at The Red Barn. The home was located at the bottom of the mountains with a beautiful view from the back deck. Property is located in between Kalispell, Whitefish and Columbia Falls with easy access to all including Glacier National Park. The home was so well thought out down to the relaxing pillow spray next to the bed! We ordered fresh sausage, eggs and honey for breakfast and felt right at home. So glad we stayed there and would highly recommend. Just perfect!

Perfect GNP base camp

We stayed at the Red Barn for 4 days while visiting Glacier National Park. We could not have picked a better place to stay! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean and the expansive deck was perfect for watching the deer in the evenings and stargazing at night. It was an easy drive over to Glacier and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking.

This was one of the cleanest stays we've had and the photos are accurate. I would note that this is not a completely private setting, as it is on the owner's property, and you can see and hear neighbors as well as homeowners going about their lives. All keep to themselves, but if you are looking for isolated, this wouldn't be it. And the view is fabulous! We had two primary concerns. The first was no AC and it was stifling hot in the barn. I had asked about this prior to our visit and was assured it wasn't an issue in MT with the mountain breeze. We had three fans going and were still very uncomfortable. The second issue was communication was poor. We had to send 2-3 messages before getting a response, and even then, questions were not answered. We never got a response through VRBO past the initial booking, texting was better, but that # wasn't available until the code was sent for the door. Looking at the guest book, it appears prior guests had much more interaction and attention from the hosts. We went for our 25th anniversary, but did not receive the same attention, or really any for that matter, as others for similar events. The home page lists items available for use in the kitchen, including flour and pancake mix, and while we were counting on these staples being there, they were nowhere to be found. Again, the view and cleanliness were amazing, the bed comfortable, but I probably would not return during the summer given how stifling it was.

Beautiful mountain view

Everything about this property is outstanding. The owners provided everything you could possibly need plus fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening watching deer and turkey in the field. The last evening there were over 40 deer! It’s a perfect location to tour Glacier National Park….we highly recommend!!

My girlfriends and I went to glacier for a girls trip, and we are so happy we found this place! Everything about the listing was accurate, it was super clean and very thoughtfully decorated. Awesome Cabin with excellent view!

Our stay at The Red Barn exceeded our expectations. The inside of the barn was clean and modern, quiet and relaxing, and the view was great. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the mountain and watching the wildlife just before sun down. I would highly suggest anything to stay at The Red Barn. We will be back!
