Ants were found in our bathrooms and in the bedroom area. Bathroom floor and walls were not clean and the headboards were covered in dust. Overall the hotel has a good aesthetic, but once you start looking closer it’s evident that things are simply being covered. For $120 per night, I expect better.

Our stay was average. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hwy was extremely loud in the room. It was very close to the venue we were attending.

The hotel is nice, bed was comfy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ONLY thing I would have liked is better lighting in the bathroom or lights around the mirror in the bedroom, and a full mirror. Spent the night for a holiday party, had a difficult time due to lighting and not having a full length mirror in the room. Otherwise, it was great.

The first room they sent us to, hadn't been cleaned yet. They had a glitch in their system. The second room was great. Clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed our stay. The desk staff was very helpful and apologetic about the mix up.

The value vs the stay is very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a nice perk to get you going. Bed was uncomfortable and we had a light out in our room that we were told was gettijg fixed but no one ever came. Slight inconveniences for a 1 night stay. Plenty of food options nearby too!

Everything was decent and clean. The big downfall, the breakfast area. Extremely cluttered with no room to navigate the furniture when people are seated, low overhead lighting you will hit your head on etc.

The room had a very strong mildew odor. It was awful, but we were only going to be there for 9 hours so we just sprayed perfume and became nose blind to it. I was told by the hotel staff they think the roof has a leak and is what is causing the odor and they are working on it. Just gross. Why would you rent the room? I will never stay at a Fairfield again.

Dear Sheryl,Even though Marriott was us to give housekeeping service once in 3 days, we give stayover housekeeping service for all out guests. Always stayover service is done once the housekeepers are done with the checked out rooms. Can you please tell us which room you were in for us to double check the housekeeping report or you can give us your last name to check on your reservation.
