Awful, don’t recommend!!! Staff charged my card prior to my arrival, saying that is policy of every hotel, which is not true. I am a travel agent that is not true. So they charged multiple rooms to my card even though the rooms were in the name of other people. They lied and were extremely rude. The room was awful with a broken AC. I will be filing a report with their corporate office. I have stayed at several different Hampton Inns and this is the worst!!!
