Tiny rooms, hallways, elevators. People smoking weed snd something affecting my asthma all night. Noisy. Cramped. Very rude and unhelpful staff. I paid for this room to have the rooftop bar for NYE only to be told we now couldnโt get in without another $100 because they were full. Nice decor, but old. Clean, but TINY and suffocating blank hallways. Good location across from state house and fireworks that we didnโt get to watch from the rooftop we paid for and on Main St. front desk is also the bar and breakfast bar. Eggs are not fully cooked, theyโre runny. Sent it bank and order from indoor โtaco truckโ cafe which was delicious! Staff has attitudes and complained doing their jobs grumbling about every move. Would have stayed home 1.5 hours away if Iโd known theyโd deny us roof access as planned, because nothing else was worth it.
