'Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. We were given an occupied room at 10:30 PM. I flung the door open with my two children in tow. This put us in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I approached the lady at the front desk about it and it felt like she was shifting blame on the “system” rather than giving us the wrong room. To make things right she gave us a different room and “free breakfast”. The room we were given only had one set of clean towels....

'Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.'

'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. Kamer ziet er prima uit, wel aan de kleine kant. Badkamer is gescheiden van de kamers, maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Enige nadeel is gehorigheid, zowel van binnen het hotel als van buiten. '

'Everything was going well until check out time. I checked out and got a bank alert about a few charges from the property. I looked at the charges to see what they were about since my hotel stay had been payed and booked by my husband on Expedia. Well I was being charged for the room again, another charge of $40 for who knows what and $54 for deposit(which I knew about) I went back to the property and was told it was an “accident” and that $$ should be added back to my account. 'I stay in hotels/motels approx 200 nights/yr. This place reminded me of hole in the walls I stayed in during the 80s/90s. All furniture etc dated and surfaces sticky/dirty. Room had an odor of wet dog. Front desk was short and not helpful.. parking for 7 days was expensive.. breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced in years. Shuttle service was good going to PDX but horrible upon return.. My advice would be to spend the extra money and upgrade to somewhere else. I will not stay here again....

'The room was pretty clean with a nice tv, the bathroom was clean but had a couple hairs in the shower. Everything was adequate, my only complaint for the room was the bathroom, it was tiny with a very small toilet. Somehow I always get a very loud stomping person above me like 9 times out of 10. PSA If you’re staying on upper floors your room is for relaxing not stomping around and being loud.'
