Comfortable and cozy 2 story private home in historic Italian Village with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 3rd Ave Cottage is within walking distance of neighborhood favorite restaurants and bars, as well as the Short North Arts District. Interstate 71 and 670 are close enough to allow easy access to anywhere in the Columbus metro area within a short drive. The home also includes two dedicated, off street parking spots to make coming and going a breeze.

Enjoy 2 comfortable queen size bedrooms with closets, dressers, and smart TVs in each. A fully stocked kitchen and outfitted coffee & tea station create some comforts of home. Enjoy the cozy living room and stream your favorite shows by logging into your apps via the smart TV. The rear private, fully fenced patio is a great place to unwind by the propane fueled fire table. No need to leave the cottage for laundry needs, a washer and dryer are located in the basement for your use.

Brian’s place was perfect! Comfortable beds, convent location, quaint neighborhood with parking and private outdoor space for relaxing. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our business trip to Columbus. I was pleasantly surprised with the access to great food and drinks recommended by Brian within a short walk from the house. For being in a college area, it sure did not feel like we were. Everything was perfect! We were even able to walk to our conference at the convention center which was an extra perk. Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay at your place. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Columbus.

Super clean, Great communication!

My friends and I needed a place to stay for Origins Game Fair and I found Brian's place. Further from the Convention Center than I usually stay, but we were procrastinating on finding a spot. Our stay was perfect! I felt safe walking home at night (or in the early morning). The neighborhood felt so welcoming. The space itself was immaculate and the beds were comfy. The communication was EXCELLENT, and Brian was so kind to let me sleep in on the last day a little bit so I could get some sleep before driving home. He also helped us out with an early check-in because of when the convention started. All in all, an excellent stay.

Easy access to Columbus attractions and great food.

Nice neighborhood and property that has been well cared for. Helpful host. Strong air conditioning was a plus during a hot summer stay. Kitchen is small, but had all that was needed. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is small and shower is great. Parking pad was great to have.

Perfect place in Columbus OH

The house is accurately described. In fact, it is better than described. It is spacious for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi is strong and more than adequate. I’m sorry that I didn’t get to use the outdoor space. As to the location, it is so centrally located and if you don’t have a car, many restaurants are walking distance OR if you need an “Uber” the fares are reasonable to all parts of the city. If I need to go to Columbus again, the first place I’m going to check for availability is this house…

Our family enjoyed our stay at this great little place in a great neighborhood. It was a quick walk to breakfast and breweries and just a little walk to everything in the Short North. Brian was great to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. We would love to stay again!

Great experience…very cute & cozy house!

The house was decorated so cute. Very clean! The host was very communicative and made sure all of our needs were met including coming over to shovel the steps and sidewalk since it snowed during our stay. Would def stay here again. Very convenient location as well. Zero complaints!
