Pull into a quiet North Columbus street and the red split-level with the blue shutters is yours for the stay. Push through the back door and the whole reason you booked is right there: a big blue pool ringed by a wide sun-deck, loungers tipped under yellow umbrellas, a swing set in the corner and a privacy fence holding the world out. This is a home built for a crowd that wants to spread out by day and land back together at night.

LIVING ROOM
The front room is warm and easy - a soft sectional and two deep teal bouclé chairs pulled around a round rattan table, a 65" smart TV on the wall, and a ceiling fan turning overhead. Fill the popcorn buckets, drop onto the couch, and let movie night run long.

KITCHEN
White cabinets and granite counters wrap a fully equipped kitchen - full-size range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, sharp knives, real cookware, and drawers organized so you can actually find things.
The coffee bar is stocked for slow mornings with a drip maker, French press, electric kettle, and a starter set of coffee, tea, sugar, and hot chocolate. There's a high chair and kids' dishware, wine glasses for the grown-ups, and a basket of welcome snacks waiting when you walk in.

DINING AREA
A long white table with sunny yellow chairs seats the whole group between the kitchen and the stairs -set for eight, easy to pull up more. It's where the board games come out after dinner and nobody's in a hurry to leave.

BEDROOMS
Five bedrooms, each with its own color and mood. Bedroom 1: king suite is the calm one - a king bed against a golden accent wall, palm-print pillows, a TV, and a private ensuite bath.
Bedroom 2: turquoise queen room leans coastal with tropical pillows and a gallery wall. A Bedroom 3:sunrise-orange queen room is bright and cheerful with a reading chair in the corner. Bedroom 4:The green room holds two queens and the game zone - the Pac-Man cabinet and giant Connect 4 live here, so the kids and the night owls have their own headquarters.
Bedroom 5: A pink room with two more queens rounds it out with extra clothing storage. Seven beds in all, room for thirteen.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms keep a big group moving - one downstairs with a walk-in glass shower and granite vanity, the other en suite with a soaking tub made for a long bath at the end of a pool day. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are set out for you.

LAUNDRY
A dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and starter detergent - the quiet workhorse that makes longer stays and multi-day tournaments simple.

OUTDOOR & POOL
Out back, the in-ground pool is the headline: cool blue water on a warm Columbus afternoon, a wide concrete deck with room to sunbathe, cushioned loungers, and umbrellas for the shade. Fire up the gas grill (propane and tools provided), set the table outside, and let the playset keep the little ones busy while dinner cooks. The whole yard is fully fenced and private, so your furry ones can run and the gate stays closed.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The home sits in a settled, leafy pocket of North Columbus - quiet streets, mature trees, and easy access to the interstate, so wherever you're headed is a short drive.
Uptown Columbus and its riverside restaurants, shops, and the Chattahoochee RiverWalk are minutes away, and the whitewater course, parks, museums, and Fort Benning are all within a comfortable reach. It's the kind of area that stays calm at night and puts you close to everything by day.

→ This is a Split Level tri-level home with a few short interior staircases between levels — easy for most guests, worth knowing if stairs are a concern.

→ GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has local compliance requirements including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 pre-authorization hold (not a charge - a pending transaction released after checkout). As an optional alternative to the hold, a non-refundable damage waiver (~$55 for stays up to 10 nights) is available through a third-party provider. It's a quick, app-free, secure website - no account needed - and it also gives you a guest portal with home info and local tips.

→ PARKING: A carport & driveway fits 2–3 vehicles, with additional free street parking. Please park only on the driveway/carport — parking on the grass isn't permitted.

→ EARLY CHECKIN/ LATE CHECKOUT (when available): Early check-in is $25/hour. Late checkout is $25/hour if requested by 8 PM the day before; requests after that, up to one hour before checkout, are $60/hour.

→RESERVATION CHANGES: Shortening a stay or reducing the guest count must be requested at least one week before check-in. Later changes can be refunded at only 50% of the original refund amount.

→ LONG TERM STAYS (30+ nights): Bi-weekly cleaning is required at $240 per cleaning, arranged in advance.

→ OUTSIDE services / vendors: Please disclose any in advance.

→ SUPPLIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials — toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning items. For longer stays, guests restock to their own needs.

1. RESPECT THE PROPERTY
● Don't rearrange the furniture - damage beyond normal wear (pet damage included) is charged to the reservation.
● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
● To protect our surfaces and linens, please don't dye hair or remove nail polish indoors, and keep glitter, confetti, slime, and Play-Doh outside.
● Towels and linens are for drying off -not for makeup, spills, or cleaning; please use personal wipes for makeup, as excessive staining may incur a replacement fee.
● Household trash goes in the black or brown bins only (blue is recycling); misuse carries a $50 penalty.
● Charging electric vehicles from the home's outlets is not allowed.


2. RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS
● Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM; disturbances that affect neighbors may end the stay.
● No parties or events — extra cleaning from a gathering is charged to the reservation.
● No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles on the driveway or street.

3. VISITORS, OCCUPANCY & PARKING
● All guests must be declared, whether staying overnight or just visiting; unregistered guests carry a $30 per-guest, per-day charge.
● The home sleeps 13, with an extra-guest fee of $25 per guest, per night beyond 8 guests.
● Park on the driveway only, up to 4 vehicles — no parking on the lawn.

4. SAFTY & USE OF AMMENETIES
● Please supervise children in and around the pool at all times - there is no lifeguard - and keep glass out of the pool area.
● Exterior security cameras protect the property; please don't cover or tamper with them, as doing so may end the reservation without refund.
● Illegal drugs are not permitted - suspected use will involve local authorities and end the reservation without refund.

5. PETS, SMOKING & LIFESTYLE
● No smoking of any kind inside the home; a $150 fee applies.
● The home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs — no cats, for the safety of guests with allergies. Non-aggressive breeds only, no history of aggression, 50 lb limit. The pet fee is $100 per animal, non-refundable — per stay for stays up to one week, or per pet, per week for longer stays.
● No constant barking or disturbances. Please tell us at booking if you're bringing a pet, including breed, number, and weight.
● Dogs must be supervised in the backyard and never left unattended, and should be crated or kenneled when left alone; a collar, harness, or microchip with owner info is required.
● Please keep the home free of pet mess and remove all traces before checkout — pick up waste, cover any couches or chairs your pet uses, and keep mattress protectors on the beds.
