Okay.. try after construction completes.
The front desk lady was very nice. The hotel itself was a bit dark and gloomy but thats due to construction because of the construction everything felt a bit dirty.

A pleasant surprise
Yes the hotel was in the middle of construction but the remodeled room was clean and nice. The receptionist was pleasant on check in and called housekeeping to make sure my room was ready. The breakfast was fresh and for the first time during traveling i could drink the coffee. Liquid creamer was nice. Yes hallway carpet was dirty but as long as they are remodeling i understand not replacing until construction is done. There are some last minute punch list to be done in the rooms but overall one of the better places I have stayed

This property is under construction. The rooms are pretty, all new, but the hallway carpet was old and nasty. And the worst part was the pool was closed and we didn't know until we got there. This time next year it will be great! After they finish the remodeling

The room had been remodeled with the carpet replaced with flooring, bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well, enough towels provided & available upon request, lobby and front desk clean, staff welcoming, friendly, & accommodating. Breakfast was great and lots of variety. Laundry services in the Hotel easy to use and pay for. I know the Hotel is under construction and remodeling, but the remainder of the Hotel was dirty with every old carpeting - it was disgusting to walk on - very sticky and worn. I cleaned & disinfected my shoes every time I walked on the common carpets. Outside was unkept with little curb appeal. Parking was very limited because of contract construction companies staying at the Hotel. Large trucks and vans took up most of the parking for other patrons of the Hotel. My room was very musty smelling. I had to empty the dehumidifier every day. I also purchased at my own expense solid room and wall socket air fresheners. Also vent air fresheners in the air conditioner. The worst thing was I found a roach in my room in the corner of the entrance door and the closet on the last day of my stay. Thank goodness because I would have left and demanded a refund of my pre-paid hotel stay.

I arrived at 1pm and asked since it was Monday if I could check in and was told absolutely not and the woman was really rude, I asked if they were really busy Sunday night and she again said I do not assign any rooms until after 3pm. The woman at the desk was super helpful. The sheets were filthy in the first room so she moved me to another. There was no toilet paper in the other room (she brought some to me), no toilet paper holders have even been put in yet in the bathroom due to the remodeling going on, there was no hair dryer and it was extremely hard to lock the door. I could use the latch, but it was hard to get the lock to stay. I know they are remodeling, but except for her helpfulness a lot could have been improved.

Did not know property was under FULL renovations until we pulled in. Given the option to cancel however we had a funeral in hours, so we had to get ready and could not scour for another hotel. Pool and Gym were closed which as well we were not notified of during check-in. Our bed was comfortable however the room we stayed in had no curtains so we got the full morning sun waking us up much earlier than we would have liked. Very gross dirty flooring in all hallways. Seemed to have very limited staff so breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner. Definitely would not recommend until renovations are over.

The property was being remodeled, and had I known I wouldn’t have made a reservation. The carpet needs replacing, and the smell of mold & mildew on the 3rd floor caused me and my 5 year old’s asthma to flare up.

Poor customer service
The 2 lady’s at the check in counter were extremely rude. They were very disrespectful. They were not polite at all when helping and were doing things that I have never experienced checking in with a reservation with hotels.com. They made assumptions about my trip that was none of their business and made snarky comments under their breath behind the counter. Then on the phone with my wife they were also very rude. We had booked this room days in advance and had already paid for it. They are doing everything in their power too. It let us have this room. Plus when we got to the room the a/c was off and the room was very hot.

The hotel is under construction and they are renovating the hotel. The front desk service was unprofessional. He was not friendly and was frustrated with a personal issue on the phone.
