The facility was average. Staff were less than professional. We had a Double Bed Suite. “Sleeps 5” The pull out sofa did not have any blankets. Called front desk to request blankets. Employee Michael, confirmed. After an hour or so of not receiving the blankets I called back to the front desk and spoke to employee Michael again, he said in unprofessional tone “I know, I am at the mercy of housekeeping”. We never received the blankets.

The room was a bit dirty. I stepped on an earring on the floot. The bathroom onky had 1 washcloth. The toliet was very low to the ground and har to stand up off of. Just not a great srandard room.

Unfortunately we were incredibly disappointed with this hotel and our room. The whole hotel was musty and i would not be surprised if there was a mold problem. Our room did not feel clean and there was standing water in the bathroom when we arrived. The shower was lukewarm- never could get hot water- and there was so much moisture in the room that the windows were fogged up. A few positives : The front desk was kind and courteous and the bartender was helpful in making recommendations for local places to visit. The location was in walking distance to some interesting sites- COSI- but an Uber was necessary for any specific nightlife areas in the city. The parking was conveniently attached to the hotel- a big plus- though there was an additional charge. We are Hilton honor members but could not get resolution to our room situation because we booked thru a third party- beware!! First time in Columbus and think the city has some interesting things to offer but we would not stay at this hotel ever again. Consider possibly the other Hilton hotel just blocks away.

The cookie was, unfortunatly, the best thing about this hotel. When booking I was under the impression that it was closer to the greater Columbus convention center. It was a 15 minute walk. The walls are paper thin. The coffee cups which are usually wrapped in plastic were bare with coffee stains in the bottom so they couldn't be used by me. The glasses were not clean - looked as if someone with greasy fingers left them smudged. Booked for 3 nights and couldn't stay the 3rd night....i had had enough.

This location was very convenient. The sizes of the rooms were excellent! The toilet in our bathroom was not working properly. The woman who checked me on double charged me; however; the woman who checked me out was very helpful and remedied the situation quickly!

Room had plenty of space, although it was very musty and warm. When we asked front desk with maintenance man there about the A/C, they laughed and said, “yeah, there’s no A/C.” Not sure if this runs into the summer but would be a huge issue as the windows did not open in the room.

This hotel is in disrepair and appears to have been for some time. The parking was difficult, grounds and room were poorly kept. There was a used bar of soap in the bathtub and many broken items noted throughout the room. The stuffy room’s air conditioning did not work- with many other guests complaining of the same. There was also clearly a party during a previous guest’s stay. Multiple remnants of tape and decorations still hanging from the ceiling. Staff was courteous and helpful though.

The rooms were great. But, the days were unusually warm, and the building was old, so the AC was not cooling the rooms. But, the hotel offered fans for the rooms, which helped a lot.

Parking is not well marked. There was trash on the floor of our room upon arrival. The room was HOT, but nothing in the room telling you they are in an old boiler system so to cool the room you have to turn it off. Checkout staff was short. Checkin staff and validators were nice.

Hotel was in a convenient location. We had two separate rooms on the 8th floor, both rooms were hot and humid. The air conditioning didn’t cool it off at all so it was miserable trying to sleep. One room was in fairly nice condition but the second had water damage and peeling wall paper.

Wonderful stay! They upgraded our room for free and the room was amazing! Only downside was the hot water in our room was not hot and the thermostat must have been broken. Set it to 64* and it didn’t drop past 72*. Outside of that, amazing stay and can’t wait to come back soon!

It was a really good stay. The manager at the front desk made us feel special as soon as we approach the counter. I like the fact that there was coffee available all day. Also, the convenience store was stock with all of my favorite goodies. I really thought the floor was nasty. But, it was not.

There was trash in our room from previous guests. There was a lot of mold in the shower. The ac unit quit and when we came back from dinner it was 89 degrees in our room. I called down to the desk and they said all they could do was bring up a fan. It was too late in the evening to find another place. We were very disappointed.

The hotel staff at check-in were GREAT and very helpful and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the hotel bar staff. She was on the phone the entire time we were in the bar and seem aggravated when we order because it interrupted her conversation. She didn't have out her phone but was on her earpods. In fact, we specifically asked when the hotel bar closed and she indicated that it closed at 11pm. We returned to the hotel at 10:15pm timeframe and the bar was closed. The staff at the front desk said she decided to close early which was unfortunate as that was one of the amenities we searched for when booking. The card key reader in the elevator in the parking garage was also not working and the water temperature was barely warm. There was also some weird noise coming from the toilet when flushed and some mold in the tub. We did not bring it these issues to the attention of the staff though as we wanted to spend our time enjoying our trip.

No A/C, was not told that there was only heat, room was SWEATY HOT entire time...this should be posted online and at the desk. Also the night shift lady response to my room being hot was turn off the thermostat and talk to the manager tomorrow....didnt cause trouble just left next morning....will not stay again, probably not stay at any double tree....185 bucks and no AC
