Mixed Feelings.. I wanted to love it, but let down in some areas. There were areas of the exterior that looked a bit tired and in need of upkeep, in particular the shed by the house and the picnic table at top were completely taken over by wood bees, the area by the hot tub was rather dirty or tired or both, it didn't scream unclothe and get it.. We would recommend the property should at least be sprayed for ticks in the common areas, especially in a bad tick year like we are in. We found several on our dog and also a few on ourselves and we didn't go anywhere besides the common ground areas, we walked by the covered fire pit and the pond, the grass is cut so we didn't think much of it at first. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't venture anywhere else to get them. The interior of the house was nice overall.. the floors are definitely uneven which we had to remind ourselves its a old house. The TV in the smaller bedroom would turn on but the remotes didnt seem to work any further.. not a big deal but worth mentioning for the owners. There were areas that could've been cleaned a little better, the little room on the porch by the back door is adorable but was so dirty, dusty and dingy that it was unusable. The little fan above the bed is kinda dangerous, its a high bed.. the fan in the master bedroom didn't seem to work. Some floor fans available to use would be a nice addition.
