The Space:
This townhouse located in Harrison West/German Village provides 4 finished floors of living space. This includes a finished basement with a large sleeping room and a living room. A main level with a large family room, kitchen, and half bath with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, and an open concept top floor containing a queen bed, twin bed and futon. Private backyard, as well as a beautiful shared front porch. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the back for 1 car as well!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
