Property and room very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two minor plumbing issues in the bathroom, staff has happy to hear about the issues so they can be resolved. I would be happy to stay here again.

The room was spacious (we had a suite) and had kitchen facilities. The room was clean, but lacked some minor maintenance (bathroom lights not fully working, missing a toilet seat bolt--which my husband got a bolt from the front desk and repaired, and the kitchen was lacking in utensils for both cooking and eating). We were conveniently close to the freeway (though we didn't hear freeway noise), and close to shopping. We were just a short distance from downtown and the airport. Overall, it was a good stay and I would definitely see us staying here or at another Hawthorn again.

Liked the space with the rooms but it did not look like the pictures and was dirty in a lot of places especially the couch. Very stained. Wipe everything even head boards those were dirty too.

The property was very rundown and in need of a remodel. There was a hole in the door of our bathroom that had been patched poorly, the room was dirty, with stains on the sheets, marks all over the walls, hair in the shower and stains on the chair and the couch. Very disappointing.

The elevator was broken when we got there and we were first assigned a room in the second floor when we asked for handicap accessible. They did move us to the first floor after getting into the room and it was missing a coffee maker. The cleaning people kept stealing our bar of soap and replacing it with a new one. We started putting it away so they wouldn't keep wasting them. They didn't vacuum until the fourth day of our stay. There were always ants in the counter with the coffee even after the breakfast was put away. The breakfast was disappointing because they did not offer eggs, bacon, sausage, or other proteins. They had hard boiled eggs that were kept cold and they were gross tasting. They didn't restock after big groups went through so we never saw the complete selection.

Please do not stay in this property. We had to switch rooms because the first room had mold covering the ac unit. The mildew smell was terrible. The second room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was crumbs on the living room floor and the cabinets were visibly soiled. We still found mold in the bathroom so we checked out after one terrible night.

HORRIBLE DIRTY
The room according to the front desk was cleaned before we checked in. When We checked in it was not clean. Dishes were dirty, food on the wall and stuff spilled on the carpet. When house keeping came in all they did was take EVERY single towel in my room even the folded/clean ones and NOT replace it with new towels. They also took the trash bags OUT of the trash can and didn't replace the bag. They did not wipe anything down nor did they make the bed. This was done 2 out of the 3 times housekeeping was in my room. The door latch that you switch over the inside to stop the door from opening was broken and locked me out of the room 2 times with NO one inside. I had a bottle of about $180 worth of prescription pills that disappeared while I was staying there. I had another week booked at this hotel and I cancelled it and went to a different hotel in the area because of the above. Think twice before going here!!

Disappointing Stay
When checking in late the first night the gentleman at the desk was very rude and hateful. He commented that my credit card was invalid when after taking to the CC company my card was never ran or processed. The room was dirty, the shower had water stains and cracks in the ceiling, someone above us was so loud it was impossible to sleep for two days. I ran into the gentleman that was at the desk again and told him he never ran my card. He said he didn't care and if I didn't like it to take a card from the counter and complain! This was actually the third and last time we will stay at this location.

When we walked in the lady was super friendly but warned us the elevator was out of order. Offered us a refund if needed. I told her that i really like the hotel and have stayed there before and will again. So we climbed to the 3rd floor. It was just an overnight so it was ok, but im having knee surgery next month so it was not convenient.

So-so quality.
Good beds, but toilet would not flush properly. Quality of carpet and furnishings was definitely in need of updating or repair.

Dissatisfied with my stay
Room was very large and spacious has a kitchen and set up like a studio apartment. Smelled of horrible smoke , which I smelled all night. Shower ceiling had mold , Floors were dirty. Room felt like it wasn’t really cleaned before it was sold to me . Would never stay again
