The staff were indifferent to the level of disruption going on in the building. Kids broke both elevators. I am disabled and had to take stairs. Barely received an apology and absolutely to effort to try and make things right. Terrible experience.

Las instalaciones en recepción son muy buenas pero en las habitaciones no, los cuartos son muy reducidos en comparación con las fotos y el mobiliario es viejo, las almohadas ya huelen súper mal, a sudor y a sucio, deben cambiarlas Hay q reconocer que los recepcionistas son súper amables!

The room was old and worn. In the bathroom there was a spot on the ceiling that was poorly patched. The bedroom ceiling had water stains. Most all of the furniture had multiple scratches, dings, and hand marks/oil that would not rub off. The room smelled slightly moldy.

Beautiful location but in both of my showers the hot water seemed to drop off after about 5 minutes or so. I was there for a marathon in February - so cold water was not a good mix!!

This property is very out of date. Everything in our room from the tv to the heater to the hot water did not work. Breakfast is expensive and disgusting. Pool was warm and private and the only enjoyable part aside from how old and dirty the tile is. Property allows dogs so it was nice to see all the furry friends. Will not return to this property.

Very nice, clean hotel convenient to everything in Dublin. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Great hotel at a great price.
Very clean. No containers for recycling. Staff very friendly. No daily housecleaning. Pool was in good working order and clean. Poolroom tidy. Also very quiet.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I didn't like that they charged a fee for parking, which wasn't indicated when the room was booked.

We booked without knowing the kitchen was being renovated and was completely closed. So no breakfast or food of any kind. Yet, still the same full price. Not happy!

The customer service was zero. He didn't have knowledge of the job. I was given a different room from what I paid for. The kitchen was not opened, so no breakfast. The card payment was not working.

I stay at Hiltons because I expect to get exactly the same quality each time. When it has said that breakfast is included I don’t expect to get there and find out the kitchen has been remodeling for quite a bit of time so they knew there would be no breakfast. There was nothing done to make up for it.

Room they gave us had an open door and unmade beds. New room had no Wi-Fi access. Jiggly toilet and faucet was on backwards. Run down needs a good Reno. Also no breakfast because restaurant was closed. Very dissatisfied. Past reviews did not accurately describe our stay.

The first thing that was said was short Staffed and no breakfast or any food due to staff shortages. Our room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned once while we stayed there despite several requests.

I have a long story of issues that weren't up to my expected standards for Hilton. From no breakfast to wrong room to poor TV service. And there is more but there isn't space to reply. To top it off, Expedia won't be getting my business because they didn't warn me of this property.

I reserved a room with 2 queens; was given a room with 1 king. Too tired to try to change, Room was chilled to 61 degrees. Only one regular coffee pod in the room; desk clerk unable to get another one. No food service at the hotel “due to staffing shortage “ . This was not disclosed when making reservation.

We stayed here last year for the Dublin Irish Fest. I feel like the hotel was more run down. Huge stains on the ceiling of our room. The carpet was dingy. The pool water was cloudy. We stayed here for the convenience to the shuttle and would like to come back, but please put some work into the hotel.

Was placed in the wrong room upon arrival. Tried to call down to front desk hotel telephone did not work. Went down and while standing in line waiting to speak with desk associate, heard him issue the exact room he had just checked me into to another guest. I interrupted and told him, he gave me that room. He looked at my keys and gave an apology. But instead of removing me from the room he went on and continued to check the other guest into the room. And there was no breakfast...

We had ants in our room, and the microwave and TV did not work. It was close to the Columbus zoo, but definitely not worth the money that we paid and the kitchen was totally down so there was no food at all at the hotel no coffee in the room Would not recommend this to anybody

It was nice, but we had no remote for the television, they explained at check in that due to understaffing they would not have the bar or breakfast. Had I known this prior, probably would not had chose this location.

I was very dissappointed we were not told there was no breakfast availiable at hotel. Hotel in need of renovations. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Drapes in bad shape Refridgerator had huge ice block in it. My grandson did enjoy the pool. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not touched at all. Trash still in cans, beds not made, etc.

Horrible Stay - Room should not be rented
Coffee pot broken, room never vacuumed, vent in bathroom caked on dust, furniture holding microwave sticky, refrigerator froze all our food, room never cleaned in three nights , finally stripped beds morning of departure and discovered dried blood stain in the location my face and head absolutely disused, doors walls beds all beat up , loud baseball teams in hotel , hardly any pool towels, coffee in lobby absolutely undrinkable , phone ringing off the hook in lobby no one answering, not a true Hilton property, very sad experience with my kids
