Staff was nice but room was filthy. Mode/mildew in bathroom, stinky as soon as you walked in the room, dirty carpet, dusty, food left in microwave, hair everywhere.

The bed in my room had a mattress with a large indentation. Made it impossible to sleep. I brought it to the attention of the manager. She got us another room for the second night. She did not offer to reduce our price on the first night. I was unable to sleep, which is what I paid for.

Nastiest hotel in the city and ran by thieves. My Apple Watch was stolen while I went to a funeral, how pathetic. The trash was left overflowing and the towels smelled like urine. Housekeeping didn’t do anything but scope out room to steal. Seems to be a scheme they are all on. I would stay away from here if you have anything of value. I also got Covid! I’m sure that also same from the dirty room! The only reason I came in town was for a funeral, left with Covid and had my watch stolen. 0/10 recommend.

We have stayed at several hotels in Columbus while visiting family at the Air Force Base. This was the filthiest hotel we have stayed at in the Columbus area. The first room they assigned us to was dirty and the television didn't work. They moved us to another room and it was dirty also. We were exhausted and made the best of it. We won't be back.

Mississippi stay….
Staff was excellent! Breakfast was good! Hotel was clean and had a clean smell! Only problem was the air conditioning in the room was cold but the moisture was heavy! Spoke with front desk and they sent a technician to fix it! Same issue after the technician came! Other than that the stay really good! Loved the area!

We checked in on a Thursday evening and out on Sunday morning. For the duration of our stay we could not get any new bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths, all we got from the desk is we are out. The floor in the room ( carpet was dirty ) and on Friday morning the breakfast area ran out of food. I’ll stay across the street next trip up.

We didn’t even stay the 2nd night even though we had paid for it. No ironing board other than a very compact one … no milk in breakfast area for cereal. We were told the truck wasn’t there yet. We had to go to the snack shop and purchase milk for grandson’s milk. No one seemed at all concerned nor prepared for a full house with MSU graduation.

We were greeted by the most welcoming manager ever (Joy). She made the stay fun for our kids and for our whole family. The Staff took care of extra bedding and Pillows The biscuits and gravy at this place were amazing. The Staff taking care of the breakfast made us feel like we were part of there family. The front grass area of the hotel was great place for the kids to run around and play
