Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We arrived and were told to park in a certain parking spot, but that if someone was in it, just park somewhere else, that they didn't police it (what's the point of having assigned parking). The place is old and tired (rotting siding, balconies need staining, etc.)and looks it. We get in the room and the remote for the bedroom TV was way under the bed and then that TV didn't work (They did come and fix it right away). This was obviously an OLD apartment building and the living room had a second bed in it instead of a couch,and only one chair so if a couple wanted to watch tv, one had to sit on the bed. When we finally did get into the bed, the mattress was obviously very old. It sagged so much in the middle that it was VERY difficult to get out of and, though we love each other very much, were almost forced to sleep in the middle together instead of on each side of the bed. I called the front desk to get some extra towels and the lady acted as though it was a big hassle to give me a couple extras. The toilet would keep running and we had to jiggle the handle (an easy fix, if they were inclined to do it).
So many other things too, but this should be enough to tell you, don't stay here. The price was good, but not worth it. It's an old, rundown building and needs a complete overhaul, if not razing and starting over.
