☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This upscale retreat features four custom-designed bedrooms, so you can enjoy a unique and relaxing sanctuary at the end of the day. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine, memory foam mattresses, and a Smart TV for your convenience.

You’ll find three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom contains a plush king-sized bed with colorful accents and plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings. Enjoy your favorite programs on the 43” Roku TV.

The second bedroom features tranquil blue tones and a cushy king-sized bed. You’ll also find a closet with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and child safety items, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. There’s also a 55” Roku TV in this room. The third bedroom on the second floor features modern details, a comfy queen-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy. There’s also a 55” Roku TV in this room.

Make your way up to the top floor where you’ll find the fourth bedroom. Boasting two queen-sized beds, a cozy reading nook, and a stylish dresser, you’ll have everything you’ll need for a comfortable and unforgettable experience. There’s also a 55” Roku TV in this room. Each bedroom has a white noise machine and tower fan in it as well.

If you need a little extra space to accommodate your group, there’s also a sofa bed in the living room.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The pristine bathrooms are the perfect place to get ready for your day on the town! There are three full bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer, fresh towels (including makeup towels), and Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

On the second floor, you’ll find two full baths, one boasting a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and the second containing a shower/tub combination, so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a quick rinse.

The third floor has a spacious full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, a double vanity, and exposed brick, adding to the modern charm of the home.

Finally, you’ll also find a half bath on the main floor to cater to the common areas. In the half bath, there is a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean! Laundry soap, a vacuum, a broom, and an iron and ironing board can all be found in the laundry room cabinet.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

Whip up delicious meals in the sophisticated fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you’ll need, including an extensive array of cookware and dishware, so you never have to fret about running out of pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Chefs of your group will adore the high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and exquisite cabinets.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea, fresh from the complimentary coffee bar, stocked with whole bean and ground coffee, K-cups, cream, sugar, sweeteners, and tea.

When you’re ready for a formal meal, make your way into the large dining area. Take a seat around the beautiful wooden dining table that can comfortably seat up to eight guests. Additional guests can enjoy dinner at the kitchen counter and still socialize, thanks to the open-concept layout. If you’re traveling with little ones, help yourself to the high chair located in the laundry room. The record player is located just beside the dining table, so you can enjoy some enchanting tunes while digging in.

☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆

As you enter the home through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the swanky neon sign, a record player, and the contemporary lounge flooded with natural light. This chic space is the perfect place to gather with your group and enjoy quality time. Sit back on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite movie on the 65'' Roku TV with a soundbar for an immersive experience. When you’re not watching movies, enjoy some board games while kids of the group take advantage of the complimentary coloring books.

☆☆ HOME OFFICE ☆☆

Need to get some work done during your stay? You’ll find an unparalleled workspace located on the top floor. Boasting high-speed wifi (FIBER) and two separate 22-inch LED monitors, keyboards, and mice, you and one other member of your group can efficiently meet any deadlines during your stay. There’s also a wifi printer available for use.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Enjoy some fresh air on the lovely back patio and yard. Featuring loads of outdoor games, including cornhole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more, you’ll never get bored. When you’re seeking a relaxing moment, enjoy swaying in the hammock or take a seat on one of the Adirondack chairs and warm your fingers and toes by the fire pit.

Please note that you can log in to the Roku TVs using your own account. Guest mode allows you to set the date of your check-out so it will log you out automatically!

There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events that may affect your reservation.

House Rules/avoidable fees:

•$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events
•No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 if found in property
•$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside
•$200 unauthorized late checkout
•$10/person/night for each guest after 8. This helps us stay competitively priced at all occupancy levels.
•Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 9PM are subject to additional guest fees.
•Read and follow instructions on fire pit
•Turn off fire pit propane tank after each use
•Tape on the walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.

Pet rules and avoidable fees:

* Dogs only, no other pets allowed. Requires approval prior to booking.

* Two dogs max with combined weight less than 100lbs
* Must be over 1 year old
* Prohibited per insurance: An animal or pet that is vicious or has previously bitten or injured, or if any occupant has a dog of the breed shown: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Any Wolf Hybrid, any mix of these breeds.
* Undisclosed pet fee $500 and grounds for reservation termination without refund depending on severity of situation.


* The pet basket is located on the second floor in the closet of the gold and black room. Here you will find bowls, sheets, blankets, waste bags and more. Please return all supplies here upon checkout.
* Remove all poop from the yard ($50 per pile if found on property upon checkout). Please use the provided bags and dispose of in trash can behind garage to avoid this fee.
* Crate dogs when owners are away.
* Leash and maintain control of dog when outside
* Please discourage dogs on any beds/furniture to help keep it nice for future guests. Cover furniture and bedding with the provided pet sheets and pet blankets. Please do not use human sheets/blankets for pets.
* $50 fee per bed/furniture if excessive pet hair found on it. This is what the cleaners charge me in such instances. Please use the provided dog sheets/blankets to avoid this.
* Please do not use solid white towels for pets. Instead, use dog towels located in pet basket.
* Do not enclose dog(s) alone in any room.
* Please be considerate and keep pet messes cleaned up, including fur accumulation, spillage from food & water bowls, drooling, dirty paws, etc.
* All dogs must be free of fleas and must be current on flea & tick treatment as well as shots.
