Important Property Details:

This property is located just off a popular, vibrant street and within a residential apartment building. Guests should expect some level of city and neighborhood noise, including occasional traffic, nightlife, and sounds from neighboring residents. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, some noise is beyond our control. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind when booking.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by stairs. Tere is no elevator access. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or have mobility concerns, we do not recommend booking this property.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
