The space
Welcome to your home base in Columbus — where historic Short North character meets modern luxury. This fully restored 4-bedroom, 2-bath residence sleeps up to 12 and is ideally located on the border of The Short North and The Ohio State University campus. Three king bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa offer plenty of space to unwind. Every detail has been designed for comfort and connection — from premium mattresses and linens to thoughtfully placed lighting and art.

Every bathroom is stocked with spa-grade Pharmacopia amenities — organic Verbena shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion — along with Dr. Bronner’s gentle face cleanser and Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap at every sink. Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire front home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, and laundry areas. The only shared element is the outdoor backyard space, which is spacious, well-lit, and shared respectfully with the separate 1-bedroom unit at the rear of the property. Each unit has its own private entrance and is completely independent inside.

You’ll enjoy keyless self check-in, and we’ll provide free street parking permits for up to five vehicles for the duration of your stay.

• We operate this home with care and pride as part of a small portfolio of family owned and professionally managed local properties, ensuring consistent quality and cleanliness.

• For your safety and peace of mind, exterior audio and video cameras are in use around entrances and outdoor spaces (no interior cameras except in the locked separate basement storage area). Interior sensors for noise violations, smoking and excess occupancy are in place.

• Guests must be 18+ to book, and the person booking must be present for the duration of the stay.

• Identity verification required: To protect guests, neighbors, and the home, all reservations require completion of a secure identity and risk verification process within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete or pass this verification may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.

• This listing is for the main 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (sleeps 12). A separate 1-bedroom unit is located at the back of the property with its own private entry and no shared interior spaces. If you would like to book this other 1-bedroom, 4-person unit, just shoot us a message!

• The home features original restored woodwork, so please be gentle with doors and trim — we love preserving the historic details that make this home special.

• We provide a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, detergent, coffee, etc.) for your stay.

• Social gatherings are welcome — this home is perfect for game days, family celebrations, and mature get-togethers.

• Raging parties, excessive noise, or disrespectful behavior toward neighbors or the property are never allowed.
