We booked an accessible room - my adult daughter uses a wheelchair and is not able to stand or walk. Upon arrival, we were informed that they had NO ACCESSIBLE ROOMS! We obviously were not happy and the girls at the front desk were awesome at understanding and appropriately apologetic. They attempted to contact a manager who offered us a regular room with no price change. However, the bed was at least 10 inches taller than the seat of the wheelchair. That transfer (especially late at night) was very difficult. The facility had no roll-away beds and offered no other feasible options. They explained that booking through a third party (Expedia) can result in this outcome as the third party will sometimes book rooms that are not available at the hotel. This was not an enjoyable stay because of these reasons. Not sure I would recommend this hotel to any of our friends.
