The home is in a prime residential location, 2 blocks from a park and school. While the house is well-insulated, you may hear standard neighborhood noises such as kids playing, traffic, etc.

Backyard Details:
Spacious and beautiful back yard is great for pets & kids. However, please note that this yard is not fully fenced.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $25/hour and must be approved in advance.
