This home is self guest check-in and check-out with the smart keypad code given for the front door for your convenience to check-in whenever for those coming into town super late. We are always quick to respond and are nearby if needed

We also have a total of three exterior security cameras located on the hallway of the common stairs and will be on 24/7 during your stay for your safety! We also have two noise monitors that will be on 24/7 (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) that will measure noise levels only, thank you!

Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

The loft apartment is located in an apartment building with a shared common flight of steps and common hallway. There are three loft apartments and this home is apartment "C".
