UW EIGEN PRIVÉ MEER VAN 12 ACRE EN EILAND, 80 ACRES OM TE VERKENNEN & HOT TUB!

Ontkoppel de dagelijkse stress van het leven en maak opnieuw verbinding met uw familie en natuur in dit prachtige pand. Het is je eigen stukje paradijs met 80 hectare heuvels, bossen en kraken om te verkennen. Met zoveel adembenemend uitzicht op het meer en de heuvels en zoveel activiteiten op het terrein dat u nooit meer wilt verlaten! Neem een van de kajaks of kano's op het 12 hectare grote meer en ga zwemmen of gewoon plezier hebben met het zien van alle dieren in het wild. Ga naar het eiland en vuur erop of als de kinderen willen kunnen ze daar zelfs kamperen. Het meer is ook volledig gevuld met alle soorten vis, zodat u het hele jaar door kunt vissen. Na een lange, stressvrije dag kunt u ontspannen in de hot tub en genieten van de grote stenen buitenhaard en uw favoriete maaltijd bereiden! Omdat je ook in het hart van Brown County State bent, het grootste staatspark in Indiana, ben je slechts minuets van alles wat ze te bieden hebben. Als u geniet van winkelen en dineren historische Story Indiana en Nashville ligt op slechts 15 minuten afstand.
Geen enkele andere eigenschap in de staat heeft te bieden wat deze eigenschap echt bijzonder is! Ook als u paarden heeft, hebben we een paardenstal die tegen betaling kan worden gebruikt. We bevinden ons op slechts een steenworp afstand van het kamp van de ruiter en honderden kilometers paardenpaden!

Escape

A true get-away. Beautifully peaceful except for the squeals from the kids trying kayaking and fishing for the first time and crickets and frogs at night. It's a definite repeat vacation!

Our third visit - awesome property!

We had another wonderful trip to the One in a Million Lakehouse. New stove, dishwasher and microwave this trip, which made cooking a breeze. As always, had a great time on the lake, kayaking and canoeing. Saw several deer and had a lovely, relaxing time. Thanks, again!

Family Get Together

This is our second time at "The One In A Million Lake" and it was just a good as the first time. Communication with Leidiane was great. My family had a wonderful time fishing, kayaking and enjoying the peaceful seclusion of the property. Little Nashville is only 20 minutes away. Enjoyed several restaurants and shopping. Nice place

Most everything was really great. It is a beautiful property. A storm rolled in and so did the algae on the water. Honestly the worst thing is that we were apparently there during millipede season. We were vacuuming up the millipedes in the downstairs 4 times a day. They property manager came out when asked and put more products down. They replaced the oven and microwave before our stay. I am thankful but the new stove means som of the cabinets don’t open. Also we really needed that drink fridge that died before we came because the fridge is small. The game barn is not worth paying extra for

Fun in the Sun!

We have begun taking family vacations (us, our kids, our grandkids) and this property was recommended to us. We had the perfect weather - sunny with temps in the upper 80’s each day for the 4 days. We “boated” and floated in the lake most of each day. The adults enjoyed a fire each evening once the kids were in bed. We unplugged from the world, except to catch up on the Cubs and the Masters. We had such a good time that none of us left the property until it was time to check out. We did not rent the game barn, so we can’t comment on that. We didn’t need it for entertainment but then we had perfect weather and enjoyed the lake/beauty/fun/boats of the property.

Four Queens

We had a group from Illinois, Ohio and Indiana. It had been years since we were all together and this was the perfect place. We used the canoe to enjoy the lake and had a great time sitting around the fire and catching up. Will def be back!

Love One in a Million

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house cabin. It was our second time there - it’s the right size for our group and provides just the right amount mix of room to roam on the property, ability to enjoy the game barn and quiet relaxation in the cabin.

The best getaway!!

Absolutely amazing place with everything you’ll need, to have the best time. Our family spent and celebrated Thanksgiving at the cabin and we could not have picked a better place. A lot to do for every age. Boats, board games, Karaoke, jacuzzi, breath taking nature, I could go on and on. Definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Great Time!

The property is gorgeous. We had a great time walking around and taking in the views. It was very thorny, so dress appropriately. Our stay was in November so ticks weren’t much of an issue, but in warmer months expect the ticks to be pretty bad. The owner says to bring bug spray and they mean it! We spent a very chilly and rainy day in the game barn, which was great and thankfully heated! The pool table adds some special challenges to a friendly game, but don’t expect a well balanced slate table. We had a lot of fun with it regardless. Because it was cold we didn’t get to use the boats, but they had plenty and the lake is beautiful. Beds were cozy and the house was perfect for our crew of 6 adults. Would love to go back in the summer with the kids.

This is a great location and the place was clean when we arrived. However we had a minor injury and thought it a bit tacky that they charged us 72.00 to replace a sheet and mattress pad which could have easily been washed out

One in Million Twice

Amazingly tranquil. Our second time staying hopefully we'll make it back there again someday? Hard to say being from 700 miles away. I don't know if it's for everyone but it's exactly what we're after in a vacation!

Fabulous Fall Break

This property is stunning! We loved the trails, lake, game barn, and fire pits. The cabin is spacious and welcoming. We especially loved the canoe and kayaks on the peaceful lake. We rebooked for next year!
