Access to the ski area is easy via the Demi-Quartier slopes and the Princesse gondola lift. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 1 double bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and bathtub, 1 separate WC. Ski storage is available in the garage. Parking is only available outdoors. Main floor: beautiful, bright living room, fully equipped semi-open kitchen, dining area and living/dining room, access to a balcony, a small west-facing terrace, magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif. Important information: chalet spread over two levels, fireplace for decorative purposes only and not for use, staircase leading to the upper level is closed off and inaccessible to guests.
