This charming, south-facing 60 m² flat in a house in the commune of Combrit, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 people. The flat is located on the first floor of the house and comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We look forward to hearing from you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A mezzanine with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- Three small balconies (access from the bedroom, living room and dining area)
- An outdoor area with terrace on the ground floor, with dining table and bench. A barbecue and parasol are also available for you to enjoy on sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Combrit, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essentials close by, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and a market.

- Quimper: 16.2 km away (19 minutes by car).

Come and discover the Pays de la Bigouden by staying in this house between land and ocean.
- Tourist sites: Abri du marin, Fort Napolénien, Pointe de sainte Marine lighthouse, Cornouailles botanical park... Visit the seaside resort of Bénodet or Pont l'Abbé, Brittany's famous historic town, described by Maupassant as "the most Breton of the Breton towns".

- Sporting activities: there are plenty of walks to choose from, including the GR34 footpath, the polders trail, the Roscouré wood trail and the Combrit mountain bike loop. You can also enjoy a wide range of water sports...
- A 1km wooded footpath in a Natura 2000 area is just 50m from the house, leading to the "Treustel" beach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the parking space dedicated to the flat (space n°2).

- The house is divided into two 70 m² flats that can be rented together on request.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- Internet connection available via a 4G box. The speed is moderate but sufficient for everyday use.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, at an additional cost of €15 per animal.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
