'The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!'

The rooms were outdated, the bathroom was not clean, and the shower only had lukewarm water. The walls were also very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. I visit the 757 area often, but I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.'

'The staff was amazing professional welcoming and sweet. However the property was ran down. We literally had to go buy cleaning products to reclean our room. It was dusty the tub was peeling. It just looked ran down. Neighborhood was very sketchy. A lot of sketchy activities going on. Again staff was nice i would never stay here again.'

'I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel.'

'This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. The door to our room was stuck shut and the employee at the front desk was not helpful what so ever.. when we brought it to their attention they actually told my husband to just “force it open”.. leading to literally having to kick this door repeatedly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and bed, what looked like feces and urine stains on one of the mattresses, the AC blew outside instead of into the room.. I am still trying to figure...

'If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!'

I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

'There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.'

'The bathroom was not clean. The front staff was notified about this and nothing was done to rectify it. Also, I paid for an upgraded room and did not receive it. Was told all the other rooms were sold out. Lastly, the room smelled of smoke when I booked a non-smoking room.'

'4 years ago I had occasion to stay at 2 different Comfort Inns and swore I would NEVER stay at one again! After this stay at Comfort Inn I have to rethink it. The property was clean and well taken care of in every aspect—public areas clean, grounds clean and litter free, the carpet was clean and well vacuumed, the eating area spotless; the room was immaculate, no mold in the bathroom, everything fresh and in place and the best thing they had going for them was the staff—I was greeted warmly...
