Just a few steps from the Swiss border, about a hundred meters from the Ponte Chiasso customs, COMO GATEWAY is the ideal solution for those who wish to conveniently explore both Lake Como, with its most charming destinations such as Como and Cernobbio, and Ticino with Lugano and its surroundings.

The accommodation, recently renovated and carefully furnished, offers cozy and functional spaces, perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area features a large lounge with a sofa bed, allowing an extra guest, and a foldable dining table designed to leave more freedom of movement (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The kitchen, located in a separate room, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with the same comfort as at home. From the living room, you can access the spacious double bedroom, furnished with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers providing plenty of storage for your clothes. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, designed to offer practicality even for longer stays.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The flat has a convenient private parking space. — a valuable feature in such a lively and well-connected border area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

In Chiasso, just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find all essential services and the train station, which offers fast connections to Lugano and other Swiss destinations such as Bellinzona and Locarno.

How to get there:

By car, coming from the Swiss A2 motorway, take the Chiasso Centro exit and follow the signs to Italy. The apartment can be reached in about 5 minutes. Coming from the Italian A9 motorway, take the Como Monte Olimpino exit and follow the signs to Chiasso. Driving along Via Bellinzona, you will reach the accommodation in about 2 minutes.

By train, Chiasso railway station, just 600 meters from the apartment, offers fast and direct connections to the main destinations in Ticino and Lombardy.
