Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Como, on a private street lined with elegant historic buildings, CEDRO APARTMENT enjoys a strategic position that combines the tranquility of an exclusive setting with the convenience of being just steps from the main services and attractions of the city center.

At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a spacious kitchen with a dining table, where the rustic charm of carved wooden cabinets and a stone fireplace harmoniously blends with the comfort of modern appliances. A French door leads to a large covered balcony, enhanced by elegant railings and period columns. The living room, furnished with two comfortable black leather sofas and a simple, linear TV cabinet, tastefully echoes the vintage style of the original flooring, creating a refined and cozy environment. The sleeping area includes three carefully furnished bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds—perfect for comfortably hosting families or groups of friends. The apartment also features two spacious bathrooms, finished with marble-effect tiles and contemporary furnishings, both equipped with a shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Guests have access to a private parking spot within the residential complex, accessible via an automatic gate.

Staying at CEDRO APARTMENT means being in the heart of Como, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. A pleasant 10-minute stroll brings you to the pedestrianized historic center, where you can soak in the vibrant and authentic atmosphere of the city. The cobblestone streets lead to Piazza Duomo, dominated by the majestic cathedral and the adjacent Broletto, and to Piazza Volta, the social hub with its outdoor cafés.

From Piazza Cavour, the city’s largest square overlooking the lake, you can board Lake Como ferries to explore the most renowned towns of the Lario region—Cernobbio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. On foot or by bike, you can easily reach the lakeside gardens, the Tempio Voltiano, and Villa Olmo with its lakeside park. On the opposite shore, walking along Viale Geno, you'll find Villa Geno and the funicular station to Brunate. Just 500 meters from the apartment starts the pedestrian path to Brunate—an enchanting panoramic village known for its breathtaking views over the lake and the Alps. This path, known as the Scalinata da Como a Brunate, is part of the Lake Como Poetry Way, a cultural and nature trail retracing the places loved and described by great figures from history and literature.

How to get there:

By car: From the A9 motorway exit Como Centro, follow Via Napoleona toward the center. With GPS, the apartment can be reached in about 10 minutes.

By train: Como Borghi station, connected to Como Lago station and other regional destinations, is about 600 meters away. From San Giovanni station, take bus N5 and get off at “Como - Zezio” (8 stops, approx. 6 minutes). From there, walk about 3 minutes to the apartment.
