The three Close to Everything Apts apartments are furnished in a modern style and designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay. They have equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms and environments organized to meet the needs of couples, small groups and travelers who want to explore Como.
Depending on the apartment chosen, different sleeping options are available, including double beds, single beds and, where provided, an additional bed on request. The three apartments have a minibar in the room and two apartments have a private terrace.

Among the distinctive features of the property, one apartment offers a private terrace with a beautiful view of the Como Cathedral, while another unit has a large private terrace accessible from the living room. During the check-in process, you will be asked to fill out an online form where you must enter your personal ID and sign a short-term rental agreement, as required by Italian rental legislation.
Check-in is available from 15:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, a penalty of 200€ will be charged.
