Nestled on the hills above Favone, just 800 meters from the beach, Villa Alivi is located within a private estate comprising three tastefully decorated, detached villas with no direct neighbors. The estate features a shared swimming pool.

The villa is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom 1: air conditioning - 1 double bed (140/190 cm), storage cupboards
- Bedroom 2: air conditioning - 2 single beds (90/190 cm), storage cupboards
