- An alcove in the entrance hall with bunk beds (sleeps 2, 90x200)
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV. Bed linen and towels included.

- Separate WC
- A 5 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

Communal areas:
- An outdoor swimming pool measuring approximately 20x10 m, heated, open from 1 June to 20 September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised. Dates non-contractual, subject to opening conditions of the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. The flat is also ideally located close to the Ville-Close, the town centre and all its amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, shops, etc.). You can quickly get to the beach and its creeks, or take the country paths along the "voie verte", which starts just a stone's throw from the flat.
