'Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world.
The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel!

'During our stay all restaurants were closed. However: There is still a mail sent out that advertises the use of the restaurants. Also the information that the hotel was quite bad reachable came way too late. So I suggest to check on the communication for this one.
However: Other than that our stay was great. Breakfast was served to our room (usually way too much, they really wanted to spoil us) and was of very good quality. The spa is small, but nice and we enjoyed it a lot during the bad...

Wij hebben dit 1 dag gedaan omdat we een tour naar Auschwitz-Birkenau hadden geboekt en dit gemakkelijker was dan zelf ontbijt zoeken in de stad. Ook de gerechten op de kaart zijn zeker het proberen waard, alles wat ik geproefd heb was lekker en verzorgd. '
