The room was spacious and clean. However, it is noisy there. The neighborhood did not look like very safe. I did not feel comfortable to stay at the first floor and asked the front desk to help change my room. The front desk told me there was no other room available for me. I then left. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

A little run down. The people that stayed above me were really loud. I stayed at the hotel to rest after my child was born, after having been awake for 3 days straight. I was hoping to just be able to fall into a deep sleep and could not until those people went to bed. The phone and TV in the room did not work either because I thought I could blot out the noise or have someone call their room. Unable to and I was too exhausted to go down to the front desk. The cabinets in the kitchen were broke and were patched up. I also found someone’s random sock by the bed and a condom, well I’m glad someone was safe there.

The biggest let down was I had reserved a room with two "queens" which turned out to be fulls. My boyfriend and I have a queen at home that we happily fit into but we had to sleep separately at the Best Western due to the beds actually being fulls not queens.

Easy to locate . However there was a problem with my reservation. It somehow didn't go through but the desk clerk was considerate enough to make a new reservation and reserve a room on the ground floor for my own convenience which was greater appreciated

The staff that was there was great but understaffed! Front desk - one cheerful person - had to also man the continental breakfast and clean the area. She was doing the work of three people and obviously couldn’t do it all. There was extremely limited options.

We were in Manchester for a Field hockey National championship playoffs.....waiting to book a room until we knew the outcome of the team moving on to the final playoff game. Welllll they WON and we were scrambling for a 2 night hotel stay so we could be at the Final Championship game!!Thankfully we found this Best Western!! The last room available.😳 We were sooo lucky we could stay 30 mins away in the area of the stadium. Going 6.5 hr back home wasn't a option we were so tired from the initial drive and long day we had. We arrived at the hotel and checked in couldn't wait to get settled for the night. I took a flashlight that has a "purple light" feature for finding stains, pet stains. Happy to say not one spot did I find on carpet or bedding!! The breakfast was average & basic. They had cold cereal, yogurt, granola bars, bagels,English muffins, bread, variety of muffins, hard boiled eggs, make your own Waffles, small hot bar with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, meat - turkey sausage patty-one day, 2nd day was turkey ham. Oj & Apple Juice. Of coarse Coffee tea & hot chocolate, Milk. The front desk staff was very pleasant & helpful. 👍 BTW the Field Hockey team WON 1ST PLACE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!! 🏑🏆THE 1ST IN THE COLLEGES HISTORY !! SOOO THANKFUL FOR THIS HOTEL ROOM.😊

This property was a big disappointment. Considering that it was a Best Western I would have expected a much nicer facility. The rooms were very worn. There was a black gash in the tub, which we first believed to be a large bug. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the gentleman next door using the toilet....most unpleasant. There was a high school boys hockey team staying at a\the hotel. As a retired high school teacher I am very familiar with teen boys and their antics. The boys in the room above us were playing some sort of game where they were stomping along the floor. We were OK with this for over a half hour. When it was time for us to try to sleep, my husband went to the front desk to ask the employee to please direct the boys to stop. She didn't believe my husband. After a while he went back to the desk and invited that employee to come to our room to hear for herself. She did come, and within 30 seconds confirmed that the boys were doing something!!!! I must say, that the boys immediately stopped their game when asked to do so. That employee made our evening very unpleasant.

The property itself was fine and was pretty much as per the description. The room we had was on the far right side of the builing near the end, which unfortunately was fairly close to a major highway. The constant sound of cars and semis speeding by prevented us from getting much sleep. Remarkably, the traffic flow persisted all night long without the lull I hoped we would see in the wee hours. If you book here, I would recommend a room near the middle or on the left side of the hotel.
