The house is perfect for the blend of space and common areas. As a group of lifelong friends we were able to gather and feast, while also able to retreat and recharge. I would definitely consider booking the house again.

Beautiful property on top of a hill with gorgeous views. Kitchen amply supplied with all you need for cooking meals. Upstairs shower's temperature control wasn't working so showers were very hot; no issues with other showers. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax, either inside or out. 3/4 mile gravel driveway up and downhill was a challenge for those of us on motorcycles -- not for the faint of heart! Would give this property 5 stars if not for upstairs shower and driveway.

We fell in love with this property the moment we stepped into this beautiful dream home & can I just say GLAMPING at its finest!! From the exquisite luxury log cabin vibes inside, to unbelievable landscapes & the most stunning unbeatable sunsets.There is just no other place in Conesus we would rather be!!Sibel & Steve were the most INCREDIBLE HOSTS! They helped us every step of the way, making sure we were ready to go for our perfect wedding weekend. Their assertiveness & dedication made the whole process so incredibly easy & stress free. Their kindness is unmatched & know what it takes to take care of their guests to ensure they have the most amazing experience. Their home is the perfect place for all your wedding needs!! A spacious kitchen for your caterer and a sunroom for the hair & makeup artist. This home will get you the most stunning wedding photos! The stone wall back drop on the back patio is a prime area for ceremonies & dancing. The tent was overlooking the pond with breathtaking views of the corn field, & sunset. The master bedroom was perfect for “getting ready”photos & the balcony just outside the master bedroom was perfect for our “first look” & private vows. Our friends & family could not stop raving about this place and they can’t wait to book this home for their own special occasions! We will be back next year! We love you Sibel and Steve! Not at all as advertised. No Murphy bed in the king bedroom . It's a blow up mattress in the closet. No pull out bed in the living room it's a dirty mattress at the top of the stairs ( that when lifter to check if we left anything behind before we left was on top of a nest of bugs and dirt . Not enough pillows for all guests ( host was informed beforehand exactly how many guests would be there. Not enought cutlery, not enough towels, dining chairs etc. we had to go out and purchase chairs and pillows and cutlery to be able to use the space. No check in instructions were given . I had to call VRBO 2 hours before check in to get the host to reapply. No check out instructions were given . We tried to clean before we left but there were no cleaning products just oven cleaner. The backyard was completely overgrown with a wobbly staircase to get outside. We couldn't let the kids go outside. The carpets were stained and hard . Overall an embarrassing stay for my family whom traveled from Scotland to visit.The place was very neat up for a (brand new build) we spent more time taking photos of the property to cover our back incase we were blamed for how damaged the property was when we arrived. Beware

The property is even more stunning than the already amazing listing shows. Stephen is a very responsive and accommodating host. The beautiful property along with the guest friendly check in and out process made this one of our best stays ever. Stephen made this already very special weekend even more special for all of us. We have already talked about booking a future trip to this property and cannot wait to have plans finalized.
