unfortunately I cannot control the environment surrounding my neighborhood. I would suggest you may want to consider staying in at the Waldorf, and have a lot less money to spend on shows and sightseeing tours. Some people are just never satisfied and hard to please. This guest in her comments appears to be very bias against people of color we do reside in a diverse community which is beyond my control. I apologize if you felt spooked sort of speak but my provide my guest with best value and security that anyone can offer.

The guest had access to the air conditioner which was in the apartment at the time if check in. I am surprised that she felt that unsafe just because of people of color where that she claims were hoodlum's which posed not threat and the fact that she was profiling the very same people of her ethnicity establishes how arrogant some people can be. She checked in with a party of six people when a I clearly specify that the apartment is comfortable for 3 to 4 people at the most. As for parking she never paid for the private parking that I advertise as private and yes there is a fee for that. I wouldn't ever recommend this person because she went as far as to hide the linen that were torn or ripped. I never had any problems with almost 400 booking from other sites. She also try to pull a fast one on me by telling me that her check out date was suppose to be the following day which was not so. The bathroom was left filthy, again I would like to stress renter beware!
