Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'
