Welcome to this lovely house for 4 people in Conil de la Frontera. Its private pool, barbecue, and outdoor areas will make our guests' stay perfect.
The outdoor area boasts great privacy and offers several corners to relax outdoors. The main feature of the backyard is the private chlorine pool, which is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.5 meters to 2 meters. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. The area is completed by two porches, the first one with a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area, and the second one set up as a chill-out zone. The little ones also have their place in the designated playing area. The property is fenced and has nearby neighbours.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and leads to the dining area from where you access the backyard. Next, you'll find the open kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, providing a comfortable space to cook your favourite meals. The washing machine is in the kitchen, and there is also an iron and ironing board in the house, offering all the comforts of home. On the other hand, the house has two bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with shower for the entire accommodation. Three fans and a cot and high chair if travelling with your baby complete the equipment.

As an added bonus, this property has a cosy independent loft in the same house, ideal for two guests. This space offers privacy and comfort as it has an open-plan area with kitchen-dining room, Smart TV and a double bed for you to rest in. It also has a bathroom with shower.
