Family apartment in Conil, a 10-minute walk from Los Bateles Beach and 7 minutes from downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. It’s part of a family home where my uncles, aunts, and cousins live. Ideal for those looking to enjoy Conil without sacrificing relaxation. No parties or loud music allowed.

The apartment has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and two single bedrooms with 90-cm beds.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a Smart TV and air conditioning. We also have three fans for added comfort during the warmer months.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to cook during your stay.

Many guests note that the apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the photos and that it’s very comfortable for stays of several days or weeks.

Although I currently live in Bilbao for work, I’ll be available by phone at all times to answer any questions, address any concerns, or offer recommendations before and during your stay.

In addition, my aunt and uncle live in the same building and will be happy to help you in person if you need anything during your stay.

My name is Aiora. My father is from Conil and my mother is from Bilbao, so I’ve always felt like I have one foot in the north and the other in the south.

This apartment is part of our family history. It was built by my family and has been a place for gatherings, relaxation, and shared vacations for years.
