'De locatie van het hotel is top. Je loopt zo het centrum van Galway in. Parkeren is bij de Q-park in het centrum met geen mogelijkheid tot stoppen voor de deur. Je moet dus een kort stuk met de koffers door een winkelcentrum en over straat lopen. Bij het hotel kun je een goed ontbijt krijgen. Ook is er een prima bar/restaurant. De kamer zelf was wat klein en gedateerd. Hier en daar kan er wat meer onderhoud gepleegd worden. De knoppen van de telefoon zijn bijvoorbeeld helemaal bruin uitgeslagen....
'We loved this hotel. The grounds, lobby, and rooms were all immaculate. Having the ruins right out back to explore was awesome. We were in close proximity to everything in town. The bathtub was lovely for a bubble bath; the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times.
