'Staff were wonderful hosts and breakfasts were great! The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was not operational during my stay and was also very underwhelming and this was not communicated when booking that the pool was not available'
'Welcome staff (Roberto) is fabulous! He arranged a mule (golf cart) rental & a pair of local captains for fishing / whale watching + beaches. He also accommodated our late check-out request, which my family and I greatly appreciated!

'Great house, great island, super friendly people, and the person helping us with the apartment while there, Robert, was super friendly and very helpful. He helped us with everything, the transportation to/from the airport, the golf carts, the fishing trips, the beach equipment. Was super attentive. 'We largely enjoyed our stay. That said, echoing some of the other feedback, the property could benefit from a bit more repair and general upkeep.Sra. Carmen took very good care of us and was warm and attentive. At times, however, it seemed she was being pulled in many directions, which occasionally made it difficult for guests to fully maximize their time and experience.'
