'Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive. '

'My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. '

The only suggestion is change in the Hotels/expedia website the checkout time as it shows 10:30 and at the Chora Hotel is 10:00. '

'If you have travel plans in this somewhat remote area of Italy you cannot do better than this hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet —friendly staff, some of whom speak very good English. Hotel restaurant is very good for dinner and serves a buffet breakfast too. We arrived late and were very happy with the convenience and quality of the on site restaurant for dinner.
