Although the front desk staff can sometimes be a bit rude, Michael and Dinelle were notable exceptions. The hotel's quiet and safe environment caters primarily to business travelers. Having a car is advisable, as local amenities and bars are 20 minutes away, with Manhattan being a straightforward drive.'

'Letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan. Kamer 209 toegewezen gekregen, deze kamer zit naast een AC installatie. Non-stop produceert deze lawaai en hierdoor kun je gewoon niet slapen, geluid komt zelfs door de oordoppen heen. Ons gezin heeft geen oog dichtgedaan. Personeel vond het ook niet kunnen, maar wijst de kamer wel toe. Klacht ingediend en nog niets van gehoord. '
