I like how the guy at the desk was very polite and put my daughter and I in a no smoking room even though I put a smoking room (because it was cheaper). He didn’t want my daughter to breathe in anything that was in the room

The staff was in my room eating and using the bathroom when nobody was supposed to be in my room I paid an extra 20 to check in early and even waiting 2 hours before checking in. One house keeper was getting drunk had paint hanger everywhere the floor still has dust in it now

The front desk staff spoke with the guest that was currently in the room. The guest stated that it was her brother's account and she know nothing about what he posted.

As soon as we checked in there was no TOILET PAPER anywhere. Went and asked them if they could brings us some toilet paper and the lady said the were OUT and will be able to give us some the next day. I traveled all around the country and NEVER EVER heard of such a silly thing. I told them that was NOT acceptable and then they finally gave us a roll of toilet paper.. Will never stay nor recommend them to anyone

We needed a room for one night, so this was fine. Close to where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything special.

Stay away fighting fraudulent charges to my card
Let me start by saying I dont recommend this place at all it’s extremely shady!!! Please don’t bother complaining. There’s supposed to be no dogs but one wouldn’t shut up and they didn’t care. My biggest complaint was I was charged the hotels.com fee then days later charged my card for a room. She had asked for my card number for a deposit looking at the card pad it didn’t seem to work so I read it off. I called as soon as I saw the charge. The guy who answered said he would have the manager call this was days ago. Still no call back from anyone! I called my bank to report fraud . They are working on it. If not I will take legal action. That’s $212!!! He said it was a room charge not anything else he checked. I did no damage or anything.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but every guest should be paying the 50.00 security deposit that is refundable as long as all rules are followed. The refund was returned to you as soon as the front desk staff checked the room. We do apolize but this is listed on the website.

Stop allowing smoking in the rooms
I can't believe that still allowing smoking in this hotel. As a prior smoker I still find it appalling. There was even an ashtray in the room upon check in. Also, the smell was stuck in my clothes all weekend. Luckily I got a great deal during labor day weekend otherwise there's no way I would have paid the high rates. However, the room wasn't that dirty and at least the floors were clean. But the smell was the worst part of the stay.

This hotel was dirty and the staff was not pleasant or helpful. When we called the front desk, no one was available to answer the phone. We had to wait for towels to be washed as there isn’t enough supply when the room is turned over. I do not recommend unless you are in a pinch for a room to stay.

The room was decent, but dirty. The property reeked of cannabis and it made our room smell like it. A lot of sketchy clientele around the area. Also didn’t feel safe as you can hear arguments, loud music and dogs barking outside your room at all times of the night. Overall it isn’t the worst possible place, but it could use some clean up

The room was clean, but sparse. Tile floor with lots of echo. The refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. One wall socket was open and unsafe. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a traveler's quick fix which was okay by me. The building's workmanship was really shoddy, however. I guess the staff can't fix that, but I certainly would have not accepted ownership featuring such poor workmanship.

Last minute trip. Not to many options. Cheap and pretty close to CCU. All rooms smelled of smoke. Noisy. Vagrants. Poor condition. Half inch gap in door. Reading the hotel safety rules will scare you a bit. Otherwise staff was amazingly nice and hard working.

Quite off the beaten path
Just up from the road from busy myrtle beach hussle and bussle. Looked sketchy at first. Car show (4 vehickles and homeboys with music sound off) staff was friendly and attentative. Rooms were big and clean. Would not suggest this as a single female or girls weekend stay. A couple or military would be a better fit.

The day before I checked out there were a group of young teenage boys next door to me and they were running around the halls and slamming/knocking on their hotel room door hard. I understand they are teenagers and were probably on a trip or sports team but, they had an adult with them and that person should have been contacted about the noise.

There is nothing close to this place Food, stores. etc... ubers we kinda expensive to anywhere for anytype of fin or nightlife. if you want fish in the river next to the motel then this is your place.

Affordable stay, needs some improvement.
High marks on receptionist staffing; very friendly and helpful, fast check in. Although this hotel has undergone a renovation, the room floor was vacuumed but had a layer of dirt masked by the gray floor color. We reserved a non-smoking room but the room, particularly the bathroom, smelled like smoke. The room next to us was apparently the same based on talking to those occupants. We liked the breakfast buffet, except that the orange juice decanter had not been refrigerated and the juice turned awfully acidic; blechh. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet in our room. The room door to the outside leaked, as the sealing weatherstrip was badly worn allowing light (and potentially bugs) to come through. Convenient location to downtown historic Conway and Riverwalk.

Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. I was told by an employee that he went to the room and fix the toilet, and was asked did you want help with getting the sticky stuff off the floor. The next day front desk staff was told about the probblem, the day you was checking out and she also sent him back and it was fixed. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Checkin was speedy & efficient. The room was basic, but everything looked like it had recently been updated. The room was one of the cleanest in which I've stayed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV was a smaller screen, but looked very new & I was able to access pretty much any channel I wanted. It was very nicely decorated. The property was extremely quiet...I was on the first floor, but there was no noise whatsoever above me. The property was an older one so it was great seeing all the recent updates inside the room. While I usually stay at upper moderate hotels, this weekend was a sold out college football game so every other hotel in town was completely booked. Literally, this was THE only hotel with a vacancy within 10 miles to the university...I was so glad to get a room that I wasn't being particular this time around! I really was unsure, and to be honest, skeptical of what I was walking into. I was very pleasantly surprised! I was there for only one night, but it was a good & pleasant night!
