Family Christmas Gathering
As always we enjoyed this home for our family Christmas gathering. We definitely noticed the changes to the home, which were a great addition. The only thing was there wasn't any utensils (forks & spoons) in the home. We had our own but we are use to them being there. The property is secluded and as described. We will be here again next year!

The house was everything as described on the site. Plenty of space. Although we were only there for 2 nights and didnt use the kitchen, it was clean and comfortable. My only issue was getting in the front gate, and thats because we arrived after dark. Other than that I would definately say everything was perfect,

House not as advertised
Upon arrival the house looked as advertised. A little trash in driveway and around house from a previous guest. Went inside and house was ok, definitely not luxury or gourmet. The kitchen vent hood will give you a concussion if your not careful, and the coffee pot didnt work. Moved into living room to retire for the night and internet didnt work, tv doesnt work if internet is out. Couch has been weeellll used. Super uncomfortable and almost unable to be used. Every lamp in the house was broken and off kilter. We repaired 3 of the lamps. The bedrooms were ok but the beds were about the same as the couch. HORRIBLE! I slept a total of 6hrs over the 3nights we were there. The property was good, hillier than the pics show and backyard is very sloped. The main areas of concern are the furniture, if you cant get comfortable where you stay then dont stay there and this place was definitely not comfortable. I would like to say that property manager sara was on point when I told her internet was out. She actually worked until 10pm trying to reset the modem tovget things going. Maintenance man actually came the next day to fix it. Had we known of the state of this property we would have went elsewhere. I requested a refund and VRBO washed their hands of us and told us to get ahold of the property, you know they arent returning any money. Jason

Exactly as described
The property was really nice, and exactly as described in the listing. We are a softball team and we wanted a secluded, comfortable place with plenty of space. This home was perfect. The appliances worked, and they even provided propane for the grill.

Christmas Gathering

place was ok...the amenities were a little weak...only one dish towel, two wines glasses and a half a roll of paper towels and no soap in bathrooms. odd for a house this size

Nice size property
The property is large enough for a big family. We wanted to hangout out side but the grass wasn’t cut. I contacted the property manage immediately once we got there. However, the lawn service did come until the next day and the grass was terribly cut, leaving all the cut grass on the lawn. The kitchen sink started to leak and water stay on the kitchen floor even after the maintenance guy tried to tighten it. The property is not bad, I would still recommend the property to someone.

Family weekend
Our family gathered together and was able to stay in one location instead of hotels. It was spacious and had all kitchen cookware we needed. We would definitely stay here again in 2022 to gather with our family again.

Nice property!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It easily accommodated 10 of us. Property manager was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely matter since I was a first time renter. I would rent this property again. The only thing was the cushions on the outside patio furniture was not clean, we had to buy something to put on top on it before we used it. I understand it's exposed to the elements but it was not clean.

Day of my reservation she cancelled it claiming I was having a party that wasn’t mine. Claims a flyer is the cause even though I’m a female and the names on the flyer are all male. She told me I wasn’t able to go on her property couple hours before check in. Asked for a refund and she sent laughing emojis and then blocked me. However, she never cancelled the reservation officially so Vrbo could give her her money for the event but I called them to thankfully cover myself. So with no stay she tried to take $2,004 from me over nothing.

This guest tried to throw a party of more than +300 people without my consent. They said that they will only have 6 guests and a concerned neighbor have notified me that they were invited to join a Halloween party. Knowing the the party is addressed on my unit she immediately advised me of this and we did not let this guest check-in.

House was so filthy we checked out early
No words can describe how horrible this property is. First there is a horrible odor in the home. The walls and windows look as if they haven’t been cleaned in years. We found hair in our bed and sink. Several stains were found on the shower curtains. We booked this property for 3 days and checked out after the first night because the property was that bad! The host attitude is terrible. After complaining to her she falsely accused us of trashing the place and throwing parties. Our traveling group is well over are 40 in age. So that accusation is just absurd. Unfortunately for the host we take pictures of every property before we leave for cases like this and we plan to take her to court for leaving malicious and false reviews! Please do not rent this property! You will be very very disappointed!

Good stay
The property is clean and worked for what we needed. We had good communication with the owner. The furniture was uncomfortable/cheap, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The property is nice and spacious as well as the house. There's an abundance of parking space. Overall, a good place to stay.

Not maintained, cleaned well, functional
There were many many appliances, lights, tv, dishwasher, refrigerator not working first 2 days upon arrival. There had been a power outage. But, management hadn't checked before our arrival. The floors left our feet filthy black. I ended up mopping the whole house and water was black. No shelving or trash cans in basement for multiple guests toiletries. closets locked unavailable to hang clothes. I requested 2x for the cleaning fee to be waived. Hostess never responded.

Beautiful Setting, Not great house
The setting and outdoor area were beautiful. The inside house has a lot of potential and lots of room unfourtantely the house was not very clean, the furniture was really dated and not comfortable. I loved the setting and outdoor area but the house was a lot to be desired especially for the rate we paid. Sara was nice but several things were broken and they did not work, lamps, grill, and faucets in tubs were on backwards. If you want to stay for a long weekend I think it would be ok, we were there for 10 days and overall very disappointed.

25th Birthday
The property is gorgeous, and huge! We were surprised but loved the spacious parking because our party was so large. It wasn't too far from all of our activities, just be sure to plan well around traffic. Thank you Sara for making my 25th birthday that much more amazing!

Dope Bachelor Trip
Sara's home is massive! I'm not sure how many acres are out there, but there is plenty of room for family activities. It was enough room for 9 men to sleep comfortably and the kitchen is amazing. The location of the house was the only small issue. The drive to different places range from 30-60 min. If you do not mind the drive, this house is perfect!

Beautiful property, you won't regret staying here!
My party of 8 stayed at this location for my 30th birthday and it was amazing!!! The pictures really don't do this house justice, the house itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The landscaping is breath taking. We enjoyed the screen in porch and also used the gas grill with no problems. We will definitely keep this house in mind when coming back to the area. The owner was responsive with messages as well.

Wedding
Had my wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was perfect space for everyone. The yard is amazing and we got a visit from a few deer. The hills aren’t tent friendly but thank goodness the weather held. There were some lightbulbs out that we replaced and the dishwasher smelled like it hadn’t been run in a while... but overall, this place is a perfect place if you want to have yard space and still be able to drive to get food (Walmart was not far at all). The outdoor patio is screened which made a perfect place to enjoy the rain (actually hurricane delta) while playing cards and relaxing.

Our staycation
During our stay there were minor things that we noticed thats needs to be upgradef. The blinds on the entrance door were damaged, they were water probably from the rain in the living room window seal. There are chairs that needs replacing at the formal dinning room table legs are shakey. Those were the only minor things we had a great time being there planning another stay soon.

4-day Family Vacay - 5 Adults and 5 Kids Under 5
We booked this house/property to have a large open space where we could cook, relax, and fellowship as a family indoors, outdoors, and in our own space. The property is older with kitchen and bathroom updates. Our kids loved it. They had plenty of space to play inside and they enjoyed rolling down the hills and picking flowers. It was very spacious and met our basic needs for the weekend. It was very accessible to anything we wanted/needed with just ~10 minutes from the highway, gas, shopping, and Walmart so we could get whatever else we needed easily. One note to those who love to cook... we are a tall family so maneuvering around the island cook top was a challenge since the stove top vent/lights sit low. We bumped our heads a few times while finding a groove. The can openers were kinda rusty so we bought one of those too. BYO paper goods (tissue/paper towels) because with so many of us, there was a tissue roll in each bathroom and a partial roll under the sink. We ran out on by day 2 and had to restock. We encountered challenges with spiders, more specifically downstairs and on the exterior of the property. The property is a good ways out so, understandably, we had margin for 'country living'. We notified the property manager and they sent someone out the next morning to spray. The shower curtain liners and linen in some of the bedrooms showed signs of wear/recent use/age so we had to wash some of the sheets and pillow cases on day one. Someone came the next morning to replace the shower curtains. Lastly, the address was displayed a couple days before arrival. One of our group members originated in LA so they opted to have a package mailed to the house. On check-in day, we received instructions with a different home address. After speaking with the property manager, turns out out there are 2 addresses for the property, but only one can be used for postal services. The packages had delivery attempts, but we were unable to reach postal representatives to re-coordinate delivery in time so the packages were sent back to the company. This point should definitely be included in the instructions or noted prior to check-in. Would we stay here again? Yes. Despite the above, it met our needs and all we really wanted to to do was spend quality time with one another. Provided the above is addressed for future guests, we would recommend it for a large family/group. We also greatly appreciate the quick responses from the property managers.

Private & Relaxing
We had a great time. The property is set off the road and behind a gate so it was private and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and well maintained on top of it being a beautiful home and property. No complaints. We'll be back!

Nice Stay in Eastern Atlanta Suburbs
We had a nice stay at this home. Even though there were only four of us, there were PLENTY of beds. The basement felt a little dorm room like, but had a very nice and big bathroom. The property is huge and quiet. The kitchen is nice and updated, and the screen room porch was nice for coffee and evening relaxation. Internet was good, but we had some difficulty with the cable TV (no HD stations, and living room didn't have many channels available - I think they are working on fixing that). There is a close by mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Very convenient to the freeway, but it felt like we were out in the country side (which we kind of were I suppose).

Loved how spacious house was. Bathrooms nicely updated. Any questions I had, owner replied quickly... only suggestion I have for owners, is to spray house with air freshener/fabreez before guest arrives. Just didn't have that fresh clean smell to it. So we bought our own.

GREAT HOME!
This house was absolutely perfect for our group! Plenty of space and plenty of rooms! We used this home for our spot to stay while attending a conference in Atlanta, although the drive was 30 min to the Dome, we were thankful for a quiet big home to stay in.
