Nice clean easy access great stop over
Everything was as described and we would stay again, closet was large enough for our pack and play to give a little sound proof for baby to go to bed earlier than the other kids. Lots of pillows and the “angry goat” on the wall was a favorite of my 3 year old.

Way better than a hotel!
We were in town for a one night stay and this place was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable! There’s a nice gym and outdoor pool with gas fire pit. Close to Walmart and another grocery store (with a Starbucks and DunkN Donut in the plaza) for those who want to eat in.

Not sure this one is 'Better Than a Hotel in Cookeville'
We stayed here along with my elderly parent for a long weekend. When you reserve this unit be prepared to unload the dishwasher upon arrival and fold the towels which will be located in the dryer. The television includes only streaming services, so you will need to log into your account to access any programming. While trying to shave, by father was unable to plug the drain due to a missing lever. The kitchen was also missing a few basic utensils such as peeler and a toaster. When I phoned the property manager number listed on the instruction sheets, I was told to text a different number not listed on the paperwork. I texted this number several times to make them aware of the issues. Just after, I received a phone call from the original property manager telling me my complaints were rude and that we should leave if they continue and they would work with VRBO to evict our party. I have a full transcript of the text messages and they spoke only to the facts and the request for resolution. In fairness, the management promptly addressed the missing sink lever and offered to have an after-hours company spray the unit for the cockroach seen crawling across the floor. The check-out time is listed at 10AM, and they did graciously allow us a one hour extension to 11AM which better aligned with our flight schedule. Upon check-out we washed all the sheets and emptied the garbage as directed on the instructions. In summary, the ‘Better Than a Hotel Near Cookeville’ may be stretch, especially considering the expensive rate and fees.

As seen in past reviews, we are quick to respond to guest’s needs and have scored 5 stars on cleanliness many times. Our staff spent most of the day fielding unpleasant comments from this guest, sadly. It was an exhausting day even though we sent more towels and had a repair man over within the hour (he was able to fix the drain). We offered to refund her entire stay even though she had already spent one night at the apartment. Her party used the faculties such as the pool and benefitted from the rental. As a host, I rarely if ever respond to reviews of this nature. I love to host, and it makes me sad that this reservation was unable to be made an enjoyable one like all others.

Perfect Alternative to Hotel
We were wanting a different experience with our stay in Cookeville while attending TN Tech orientation. Needed something close, but not little bigger with more than one bathroom to help with timing. This unit was excellent, convenient and served our purposes perfectly. And, the price was the same as a cramped hotel!!!

Lovely place!
This property exceeded our expectations. My husband and parents shared the apartment while in town for a family wedding and it was just perfect. Great location, beautiful space, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I especially loved the patio. We sat outside drinking coffee and reading in the mornings which was so nice.

We were in the condo for a week. It was close to everything we wanted to do from sightseeing to hiking to visiting state parks. Coming back to a clean comfortable environment at the end of the day was like coming home. Highly recommend this condo.

Excellent Unit
We rented this unit for daughters college graduation in Cookeville. My family completely enjoyed our stay in this well maintained, well equipped and impeccably clean home. The beds were extremely comfortable and slept great. Would highly recommend this unit.

Family Thanksgiving
We own a couple of VRBO units in Fayetteville, AR. We have stayed at several VRBO’s at various places. We feel like we know what to look for in a unit. We were very happy with our accommodations in Cookeville. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. With just a few additions were were able to cook and host a full Thanksgiving meal for 5 adults with no problem at all. The beds were very comfortable. The twin bed was a real plus. Closets were spacious. I would not hesitate at all recommending this unit, and would be happy to stay there again the next time we are in Cookeville.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesone
We arrived at the condo, saw the beautiful outdoor pool and were impressed. But nothing could have prepared us for what we saw when we entered the Condo itself. It is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect! So clean, the decor so beautiful, we just stood in the doorway and marveled at what we saw. The beds are quite comfortable, and bathrooms spotless, the pressure in the showers perfect. Anna leaves you with all the untensils you need in the kitchen as well as great appliances. I gave this Condo 5 Stars but really on a scale of 1-10 i'd give it 11+. Thanks again Anna, we will use you again. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

This property was beautiful! The apartment was clean and modern.
We would love to stay here again. This is by far the best property we have ever rented and the price was so affordable. It was clean and modern inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the open concept kitchen/living area and the outside porch. The pool, the weight room, the two gas grills, the gas fireplace and the TVs and cornhole game outside all added to the ambiance. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. I give it an A+!

Home away from home with a luxury feel!
My husband and I stayed here for several days with our 3 young children. The rental was roomy and fit us perfectly. The older two kids shared a bed, and we were able to put a pack in play in the large closet with the doors open for the baby, so there was still room to get around. We enjoyed and loved the pool area! Hubby used the on deck grill to prepare dinner while I watched the kiddos play in the pool, and the baby sat in a booster chair. Ate dinner poolside and enjoyed the evening together. Was a good central hub location for Nashville, Lookout Mountain and Mammoth Caves. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing place to relax after a long day of travel!
We loved staying here! We had everything we needed and it was really a very lovely space! We went for a walk that evening and everyone was so friendly and outgoing! After a long day of traveling with my 3 kids I felt safe and welcomed in this place!

First choice every time!
This little gem of an apartment will be our first choice every time we come to Cookeville. We stayed here with our daughter during TTU’s orientation. Anna has this place decorated beautifully with a modern, yet homey feel. The master closet is so big that you could lay her extra “Leeza type” mattress right down in there! She has put so much thought into what a renter would want and need in a home away from home. The pool/fire pit area is incredible with a mini resort feel. Next time we’ll make sure to build time in to enjoy those amenities. Well done, Anna!

Beautiful place with all the things a hotel is missing! Would definitely do again!
My husband and I were visiting the area. This place was amazing. We had three young adult children with us. We were able to spread out...everyone had space. The pool and workout area were a great added surprise. We will definitely do this again when we visit!

Although I saw pictures online. I was very pleased from the time I entered the front door all the way back to the bedrooms. What a pleasant and spacious place to spend the week while visiting my new grand baby (oh yeah and my daughter too. lol!). It was soooooooo much better than being confined to a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked well enough to actually cook meals. Although I had to purchase a few extra utensils, it was no problem because WalMart was only a few minutes away. Every detail including linens, toiletries, and basic supplies was covered! The complex's amenities are also top-notch. The fitness center was very well equipped. Enjoyed my morning treadmill runs overlooking the pool area. I would most definitely book this place again when I go back and gladly would recommend it to others. LOVED IT!

What a lovely place to spend the weekend while visiting family in Tennessee! We were impressed with the decor, cleanliness and comfortability of this condo unit.
