Brand new 1000 sq. ft apt across from the historic train depot. This 3rd floor unit is perfect for a Cookeville getaway. It's a 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom unit with a queen sleeper sofa. It features all new furnishings and offers free downtown parking close to many restaurants, coffee shops & boutiques. TN Tech and Cookeville Regional are less than a mile away! Whatever your reason for visiting, Cedar Station is the perfect place to stay!

Guests enter through a code-locked door. Airbnb unit is on the third level. The unit is locked with another coded door.
Enter into the kitchen, looking straight into the living room. The bathroom can be accessed through the main living area, or through the bedroom. Laundry is off the kitchen.

This is a great spot to get the flavor of downtown Cookeville. Super convenient location and parking spot. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our host Lindy was helpful and responsive. 11 out of 10 recommend.

Great downtown stay

We loved the location so much, and the interior of this condo is absolutely beautiful! You will have everything you need here, and once you park after your day out, you won't need to drive for dinner or breakfast, there are tons of restaurants at your doorstep.
