I will be staying here again. The location was very convenient to many dining and shopping options, price was super reasonable, the breakfast offered was just muffins and cereal but there is a cracker barrel right across the street. The room was made up well and staff was very friendly.

BE WARNED: This property is running a great scam. Upon my arrival at the property, there was a sign posted at the front desk that they will not honor your reservations unless you give them $100 CASH! a deposit for what the clerk called "incidentals". Well - upon check out, the girl working the counter said she had to go "check" the room. After about 10 minutes she came back and stated she said she would not return my $100 because the towels were "soiled" and there were stains on the bed. Why were the towels soiled you may ask? Well, I used two of them to wipe and mop off THEIR floor when I stepped in a mud hole in the parking lot. And, when I left the room, I put the towels in the bathtub for room service - something any courteous traveler would do. After I told her I wanted her to walk back to the room with me so I can document this and see the bed "stains" she said I could leave and that she had other customers to deal with. When I went back to the room to take photos everything in the room had been conveniently removed - including the "soiled comforter" which, at best, I can only assume was probably some dirt from my dog's paws - again, walking through their gravel parking lot. If washing a few towels and a comforter cover costs you $100 extra of my money - they need to get out of the hotel business. I have traveled for over 30 years and have never experienced such a low level of quality in an employee or hotel ownership. The incident will be reported appropriately.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The building is run down and in desperate need of a facelift. The flooring of the room was coming up and had a little give every time you moved. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, exposing the plumbing for the shower on the second floor. I will be surprised if I do not develop an ailment from staying here.

I would like to start off on a positive note which is the guy working was very busy & still super nice. The price was $50 per night, so I was pleased with that of course. Although the room was a big shabby, it seemed very clean (maybe a little too clean as it smelled like straight UP Pine Sol). There was a microwave & fridge in the room which is not common these days, so I appreciate that! The frustrations are that a $100 cash deposit is required (this is more on Expedia's part... it would be helpful if that was emphasized in the email instead of tiny print at the bottom). I was extremely tired upon arrival and had to leave again to go to an ATM. They were not going to provide a receipt of any kind and I had to ask for a handwritten document to state that I'd left the deposit. Expedia also said that continental breakfast would be included, there was NO breakfast at all. Not even granola bars or fruit or ANYTHING. There was a carafe of coffee at least, so I could take on for the road. There were ice buckets in the rooms, but then when I travelled down to the ice machine it's broken. I asked the desk staff if they could possibly get me ice, and he said there is none on the entire site! I was pretty bummed because I'd just had surgery and was very eager to put ice on for swelling. (The entire reason I stopped at a hotel was because I was in too much pain to keep driving).

This was the DIRTIEST hotel I have every stayed in. Dead bugs, soiled sheets, boogers on wall, bloody bandaid on a floor that was never mopped, pool broken, no ice machine, mold/leaking ceiling. While the front staff was very nice - the conditions were like a jail. AND they hold your drivers license and $100 in cash. Best if you are homeless or looking to drunk/vomit party.
