'I was In the old part of the hotel and did not care for it nearly as much as the newer part. It seemed darker and no bathrobes or bathroom incidentals (cotton balls, qtips, etc.). Staff was still great and I love The Read House just not the older wing of rooms.'

The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. 'Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room.
